View Richie’s profileA very positive experience with Fix it Right Plumbing in upgrading both the sewerage and storm water drainage systems with internal moulded pipes inserted within the existing (and degrading) clay pipes. Jarrad was our primary contact and scoped the source of our problem and put forward possible solutions and costs. Richie (the Boss) from Geelong drove up to Canberra with the very sophisticated equipment to do the job. Then the local Canberra crew joined them for the work. The scope of the work from deconstructing a raised rock garden bed and cutting through a concrete path to access the old pipes in addition to the actual plumbing work was done efficiently and reconstructed perfectly. Such pleasant and professional tradesmen. It was a great pleasure to have them do this extremely complicated work for us.
Hilary Warren I started this company from scratch. I enjoy seeing our team grow and take care of our customers every day. Away from work I am with my family, surfing or snowboarding.

Called Fix It Right Plumbing for the Mornington peninsula and spoke to the lovely Tamara. She arranged for a plumber to come out to fix the toilet cistern. The plumber couldn't come the same day though Tamara kept me informed and arranged it for the following day. The next morning I received an email with the name of the plumber (Ben), his bio and photo, so I would know who to expect. This is a great idea. As promised, Ben called me 20 mins before arriving, which gave me time to contact my mother (as it was for her toilet, not just because I needed to call my mother). Perfect timing as she has some memory issues so.needed to tell her as close as possible to the arrival time. Ben advised the flush valve could be replaced and he also did a check of the plumbing overall. We ended getting a few extra things done, to comply to current standards. Ben was great, very nice, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again, great company, lovely receptionist and lovely plumber.
