Gerry did a great job, was super friendly, and patiently explained things I didn't understand. My mother was happy with the job.

Very happy with the service I received from Gerry on Friday. He identified the issue with my leaking toilet and was able to source the parts needed to fix it, with great care and precision. I really appreciated the extra time he spent looking at my other toilets and under the sinks to determine whether anything else needed monitoring. It was also especially handy to add another job to the service and have my washing machine connected to the laundry sink. I would highly recommend Gerry for his professionalism, care and attention to detail.

Sensational service Our hot water system broke down over a weekend. I called Fix it Right Plumbing and spoke to Rachel who organised a plumber to come out first thing on Monday. Gerry arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and by 3pm that afternoon I had a brand new system up and running to replace our 27 year old one! Can't rate this company, staff and plumbers highly enough...10/10 Highly recommend!

Gerry was an absolute legend! My shower had been blocked for a whole week, and he came in and fixed it so quickly and easily - no fuss, no drama, just straight to work. He was super friendly and professional. He also gave some helpful advice on how to prevent it, which I really appreciated. Fix-it Right plumbing has been nothing short of amazing. Our house has had multiple plumbing issues over the past few years and each time we contacted them, Fix-it Right arrived within 24hrs to assess and resolve the issue. Any questions I had, Gerry would take the time to show me the problem he was working on, explain it to me in terms I understood and provide advice to assist with the particular issue in the future. Prior to any work commencing, all costs and the scope of work was explained, along with any other options which were available. Quality work and punctual, professional tradesmen. Highly recommended.
