What Brady did: Brady cleared out the grease and debris to get the kitchen gully flowing properly again and inspected the rest of the drain.

What they rang about: The customer reported that one of their downpipes was blocked and pooling water even during light showers.
What Brady found: Brady found that the customer's side of the stormwater was clear, but the pipe running underneath the asphalt driveway was blocked all the way to the curb outlet.
What Brady did: Brady inspected the drain and attempted to clear the blockage, then advised the customer to have the owners corporation assess the shared system.
