Ryan's into the gym and keeping active, the outdoors, and a trip to the cinema, and he's a keen follower of sport with a real interest in muscle cars. On the tools he likes the variety of maintenance plumbing, no two days the same rather than the same tasks on repeat, and he enjoys getting to know our customers, understanding what they need and helping them out. Most of all, Ryan takes pride in fixing a job properly so it stays fixed.

What Ryan found: Ryan found that the noise was caused by fast-closing quarter-turn taps along with worn garden taps and valves.
What Ryan did: Ryan installed a new pressure regulator, leak protection valve, and replacement taps, and advised the customer to turn taps off slowly.

What Ryan found: Ryan found a broken boundary shaft along with cracks and imperfections in the drain section.
