A big thank you to Conrad from Fix It Right Plumbing for helping us with a dripping tap and water hammer issue in Narre Warren. He was very thorough and took the time to properly check the plumbing in our older home rather than jumping to conclusions. He explained everything clearly, gave us honest and practical advice, and talked us through a few different options. Two quite separate leaks in the body corporate pipes, were detected and completely fixed. The first by Ben and the second by Conrad - both lovely guys as well as being good at their jobs. Conrad also did a great job updating some of our internal plumbing. Happy to recommend the company and the individuals.

So, I was very lucky to find Fix It Right Plumbing and her courteous manners, their professionalism was very much appreciated. First, a team member came home and listened to our needs. Then , he performed a thorough investigation in the house, proposed a range of solutions and different financial options which gave us choices. We discussed with him thoroughly what was involved, what were the benefits for us, the different financial options, etc. He tried to work on the best prices regarding our property and our financial situation. When we chose the best option for us, Conrad came the following day and completed all the works and I must say his work was of a very high standard. He worked several hours calmy, was great at explaining the process/what was the problem and what parts he has removed or replaced...He is also very keen on leaving everything clean when he has finished, he answered all our extra questions and was very knowledgeable. Conrad is very experienced and a true professional. It was great to meet a plumber who, instead of doing the job and fixing things , wants the customer to be involved in the process and understands how things work and what are the next steps of the maintenance. We felt empowered rather than dependent. To summarise, Fix it right plumbing is a company who prioritize customer education and respectful treatment of customer property. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the communication clarity throughout the project is always present. I can’t enough recommend this company and Conrad as well.

Needed our hot water service replaced and Conrad provided a number of options and talked through the pros/cons of each. Super organised, well communicated, and the install was expertly completed. Great job all round from him and the team involved.

Lately I’ve had lots of plumbing issues, could not be happier with Fix it Right, today I had Conrad out to fix a shower leaking tap on an old bathroom. So professional easy to talk to and explained everything so clearly extremely friendly and knowledgeable . This company and its team are amazing. Could not recommend this company more.

Joe came around to check some water damage in the ceiling. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. After some thorough testing, he explained it wasn't a leak in the roof, rather condensation that was forming and rectified the problem. Thanks mate John (again)!
