Pakenham and neighbouring Officer sit at the fast-growing south-eastern edge of Melbourne, where new estates are going up at pace alongside the established Pakenham town. We work across both, and it's an area we're doing more and more in.
We've done more than 120 jobs around Pakenham in the last two years, and most of that has been in the last twelve months alone, which tells you how fast the area is growing. The work is largely newer-home jobs: hot water systems, taps and the occasional issue left over from the original build, with drain and pipe work in the older parts of Pakenham.

Yes, and increasingly so. These are among Melbourne's fastest-growing areas, and we've done most of our Pakenham work in just the last year. We cover Pakenham and Officer across both the new estates and the older town.
In the newer estates it's mostly hot water systems, taps and the occasional thing left over from the original build, rather than old-pipe problems. These are often quick to sort.
