I requested a repair of a small sink leak. Got an appointment on the same day. Daniel was exceptional in being friendly and patient. He explains all the information and get the leak fixed within 30min. Very transparent process with billing.

How the plumbing in Frankston is different
Frankston has a great range of housing structures from brand new units and apartments to older houses on larger blocks. The Sandy soil makes a great foundation for homes and also provides great drainage.
The sandy soil is great for keeping under floors of houses on stumps dry and stable however it also allows tree roots to travel further in search of water causing issues for sewer drains and also some water pipes located in the front gardens of properties with large tree present.
We attend lots of blocked drains due to tree root intrusion and also burst water lines on older houses where there copper lines are starting to age. Newer units and houses are being built in the area that do not have pressure regulators fitted and therefore it does not take long for water leaks and dripping taps to occur, even in new houses.
Some of the houses that have been renovated over the last 20-30 years and more recently renovated houses often have water pressure issues especially if newer style toilets and tap ware have been installed. Newer sewer drains connecting into old existing mains also pose risks of tree root intrusion
