Once it’s in position, it’s inflated and cured, hardening into a smooth, seamless new pipe inside the old one. The whole thing happens through an access point. No trenches, no excavation, no mess. And the new liner typically outlasts the original pipe by decades.
We send a camera through first to assess the damage, confirm the pipe dimensions, and check that relining is the right call. You see exactly what we see.
The pipe is jet blasted clean before the liner goes in, so the resin bonds to a clean surface and the seal is solid.
The resin-infused liner is fed into the pipe through an access point. No digging. No disruption to your property.
The liner is inflated to press against the pipe walls and left to cure. Depending on the method, this takes a few hours.
Camera goes back in to confirm the liner has set correctly and the pipe is sealed. You see the before and after. Then we're done.
