What Thane found: A camera inspection revealed damaged sewer and stormwater pipes impacted by tree roots, sand, and broken drainage sections.
What Thane did: Thane performed extensive drain relining by installing inversion liners and sectional patches, cleared out roots and debris, and fully reconnected the lines.

What they rang about: The customer wanted their stormwater sorted, including water coming off the shed.
What Thane found: Thane found that the property needed a complete stormwater renewal and a pit and pump system to manage water from the shed.
What Thane did: Thane completely renewed the stormwater system from the front nature strip to all downpipes and installed a backyard pit and pump.

Prompt service. Technician came within a few hours. Thane offered options for plumbing solutions. Replaced new Hot Water System same day. Also checked plumbing throughout the house. Unable to complete all works the same day but came back next available day to complete the job. Thankyou!
