No hot water ! ! Call Fix It Right and they had a plumber, Adam, out that day. Adam was very professional but very personable. Explained everything to me. Gave me a few options and pricing. Now we have hot water and no mess left god us to clean up. Highly recommend.

Joe came around to check some water damage in the ceiling. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. After some thorough testing, he explained it wasn't a leak in the roof, rather condensation that was forming and rectified the problem. Thanks mate John (again)! Had Adam at my place doing a few semi-urgent jobs. Everything was just perfect - consulation, explaining my options, costs. Everything was done with great quality and properly cleaned after (no rubish, no nothing). Glad I've called them and will do it again in the future.

Highly recommend Fix it Right Plumbing. Prompt service after we had a flexi hose burst, and we were able to get our flip mixers all changed the next day. Adam gave me 3 options which I really appreciated. He also provided a report for insurance purposes. Very happy thanks !!!

Adam did a first rate job. Plumbing is the first thing that goes wrong in any new house. Our house is 10 years old. Had a toilet replaced and toilet seat replaced and taps replaced. Rang up Wednesday - Quote Thursday - Fixed Friday. All good and easy. Fantastic.

A very professional outfit. Adam visited, located a leak under the driveway and presented the repair options. Traci put in a huge effort installing a new pipe through the garden, from the street to the house. Their attention to detail had the garden looking better after the works than its starting condition. They both took great pride in their work. I highly recommend this team if you need reliable plumbers and you want good old-fashioned workmanship.

We had a burst pipe that was flooding our living room a week before Christmas. After almost 6 weeks and 3 visits from other plumbers we cut our losses and found Adam at Fix It Right. Inside his first visit, Adam was able to detect the source of the leak and provided a set of options for us without any pressure or obligation for us to continue work with him. By the next day the entire issue was resolved — pipe located and repaired, excavation reinstated and preventative measures put in place to limit the likelihood of something similar happening again. Adam turned up at 8.30am on the dot both mornings, was professional, efficient and is obviously great at what he does. The main reason for our review though is that Adam was compassionate to our circumstances and genuinely wanted to help remedy a very stressful situation to us. We will never use another plumber and my partner and I are both very grateful.

We had Adam come to our home for a blockage in cranbourne, he was very informative and told us every step he was doing, showed before and after pics and we couldn’t have been happier with his service. Hard to find a genuine plumber & companies who offer decent prices with thorough work. Highly recommended!
