Two quite separate leaks in the body corporate pipes, were detected and completely fixed. The first by Ben and the second by Conrad - both lovely guys as well as being good at their jobs. Conrad also did a great job updating some of our internal plumbing. Happy to recommend the company and the individuals.

I phoned Fix-It Right Plumbing CarrumDowns with several plumbing issues, one urgent (more so than I realised). By afternoon Heath had checked all existing plumbing, presented me with ranges of options for all issues and resolved a fixed price quote, from which I knew exactly where I stood. With little notice he arranged with his team for the work to proceed next day then spent the rest of the day on preliminary work to make for an early start. Ben completed the quoted works within the next day - far more promptly than I would have expected. Ben did a great job clearing a stubborn grease buildup in my kitchen drain. He used CCTV to properly locate the blockage and took the time to make sure it was fully cleared, and the issue has now been resolved with the drain working well. It might seem pricey at first, but the work was thorough and professional, and I appreciated the clear explanation of what was causing the problem.

I contacted Fix it Right at the suggestion of a family member after receiving a leak alert from South East Water. Plumbing issues are always stressful, especially when there is no obvious problem, so I was delighted to meet plumber Ben who calmly and reassuringly performed a thorough inspection and testing on my entire system, identified and fixed the immediate issue on the spot and then provided quotes and options for some other long overdue upgrades to my ageing property. Communication from their office staff prior to the appointment re making a suitable time, updates to arrival times etc was great. This is a business that respects its customer’s time and values their satisfaction.
