From my initial call taken by Tamara there was very good communication, with Mitch phoning when 20-30 minutes away. On arrival he listened to my issue, explained what he would do to identify the problem & then how he would fix it. He also did a safety check around the house & identified a couple of points that could lead to trouble & prioritising which were more urgent than others. He was not rushed & could spend what time was needed with my jobs, keeping me informed as to his progress. Mitch was a very pleasant, polite & respectful young man & left everywhere spotless. Thank you. I would most definitely recommend Fix it Right plumbing.

We had Mitch out to replace our hot water service. He also reviewed all the plumbing in the house and spotted somethings that needed to be fixed and some goals to work towards. He was quick, efficient and friendly. Would definitely use Fix It Right Plumbing again. The people in the office are also very friendly and also assisted when I called about replacing a shower base a few weeks ago, they provided me with a great commendation for a business we will be using to replace the shower base.

We had our hot water system fail a few days ago and after reading a few of these highly rated reviews, we made a booking. We were seen to by Mitch and the next day, Jack, who was assigned to all the work. Both absolute super stars, very respectful and polite. We were seen to quickly, work was done promptly (far shortly than the time originally quoted). It has been amazing service from making the online booking to the completion of all the work. The email with the tradie photo and tradie bio was a great touch from and made us feel quite comfortable even either tradies arrived. Company is highly recommended and we will be sure to call them in the future for any of our plumbing jobs.

Mitch from Fix it Right Plumbing was prompt, communicated clearly and proactively and completed the work efficiently at the cost quoted. As far as dealing with a blocked sewage system can be pleasant, Mitch made it as easy and positive an experience as possible. Highly recommend.

Fixit Right turned up on time. I booked via their telephone contact and soon after received all the service details by email. Two other local plumbers were contacted by email query and mobile voice messages but no reply provided. Mitch and Dillon arrived and worked out a quote on the scope of work. This is very efficient and provides the costs before work. Part of the drain solution included contacting ACTEW who were on-site in 30 minutes. That was appreciated by all. Mitch and Dillon also had to manually move about a cubic metre of soil to access the buried storm water and drainage pipes which had been fractured by tree roots. A big day's work (0830 - 5pm). I was kept informed of all the steps and options. Very impressive service. Would hire again.

Mitch was amazing, full investigation of the sewer and drainage, found a root clogged pipe and fixed it. Great service.

Mitch did an excellent job fixing multiple issues I had including fixing taps that weren’t working properly, replacing a shower head to address a low water pressure issue and disconnecting the gas meter after we switched from gas to electric.
