What Jared found: Jared found that the entire stormwater system down the right side of the house was blocked by tree roots and featured incorrectly sealed pits.
What Jared did: Jared cleared out the tree roots using a jetter, cleaned and sealed the pits, and installed a new drainage pit at the front.

What they rang about: Blocked drains were reported when a toilet and wash basin began draining slowly.
What Jared found: Blocked drains involved the entire system, alongside a rear property issue and a large lip in the access line.
What Jared did: Blocked drains were cleared using high-pressure jetting and a CCTV inspection to successfully restore flow.

What they rang about: Dripping ensuite shower taps prompted a callout because they wouldn't turn off properly.
What Jared found: Dripping tap checks revealed the ensuite shower breech was running out of brass in the wall and basin elbows were the wrong way around.
What Jared did: Jared serviced the dripping taps, replaced the basin mixer, and tested everything to ensure it was fully functioning.

What they rang about: We received a call about a toilet leaking onto the floor alongside a suspected cracked wastewater pipe.
What Jared found: Jared discovered a worn flush pipe rubber causing the toilet leak, along with an overflowing gully and multiple major sewer line issues.
What Jared did: Jared fixed the toilet leak by replacing the old flush pipe rubber, then cleared and inspected the blocked drain using high-pressure jetting and a camera.

Clearing and Repairing a Blocked Drain

What they rang about: The customer reported a blocked drain.
What Jared found: Jared found heavy grease buildup along with a large break under the slab that was letting rock into the sewer line.
What Jared did: Jared excavated and replaced the damaged boundary shaft and main lines with PVC, cleared out the grease, installed a new service point, and patched and relined the rest of the drain.

Upgrading Worn Bathroom Taps and Fixing Toilet

What they rang about: The customer reported a whistling noise in the shower along with a couple of taps in need of maintenance.
What Jared found: Jared found that the old taps hadn't been serviced in a while and the customer's preferred tapware wouldn't work with the existing fixtures.
What Jared did: Jared installed new lever tapware throughout the bathrooms, fitted a new bath spout, and repaired the toilet.

Downstairs Toilet Blocked Drain Cleared

What they rang about: The customer reported that their downstairs toilet was extremely slow to drain and kept blocking up.
What Jared found: Jared found a blockage and discovered via CCTV footage that the drain had an incorrect fall sloping backwards to the toilet, which appeared to be an issue from the initial build.
What Jared did: Jared temporarily removed the toilet, cleared the blockage using high-pressure jet work, completed a CCTV inspection, and then reinstalled the toilet.

What they rang about: The customer contacted us regarding dripping taps in the bathroom.
What Jared found: Upon inspection, Jared found worn bathroom taps and a shower breech that was at the end of its life.
What Jared did: Jared installed new bath taps and a spout, replaced the basin breech with flexible hoses and isolation valves, and fitted new shower taps.

What Jared found: Jared found tree roots had broken into the sewer drain, alongside a worn-out waste pipe under the sink.
What Jared did: Jared installed a drain reline to fix the broken sewer pipes and replaced the old kitchen waste pipe with new PVC.

Same day call-out and Jared was a legend. Initially called because of a leak somewhere that needed fixing. Jared managed to locate and fix the leak no issues, and generally help get the plumbing in our house up to a good standard - something we needed to do as first time home owners. Had a leaking shower and called Fix it Right. Jared was great he found the source of the leak and explained everything clearly and did a great job promptly repairing the leak and replacing our damaged shower head Relieved and very pleased the leak has been fixed.
