This week was very eventful and saw James running his new Hilux ute for the first time (Yay for James) and also Troy (Our latest recruit) running service calls in his very own HiAce Van. We had several 5 star customer reviews this week which means the boys once again did an awesome job and the weather is getting a bit easier to work in due to temperatures in the mid 20’s, Winter has well and truly passed us by in Melbourne.
Adam had a very interesting week full of hidden water leaks and leak detection. The majority of his week was spent on leak detection Eltham as the job was very complex and found to be quite time consuming to fix. Armed with all the right leak detection equipment, Adam was able to find the leak using Nitrogen gas, Line tracing and Tracer gas. Adams extensive experience lends him well to a job like this. Concrete was removed and the water line was re run to reduce the amount of damaged caused to the home. Adam also completed leak detection jobs in Narre Warren, Frankston South, Fitzroy North and Prahran.
Chris attended a job in Beaumaris where several taps needed to be replaced. He completed a full inspection of the whole house and was able to replace the basin and shower taps on the spot because he had all the right fittings with him on board. He also attended a plumbing job in Boronia where he completed a lot of tap wear serving from a home that needed a lot of small plumbing jobs done. Chris also completed a plumbing rough in right here in Carrum Downs, he altered pipe work and also allowed for a more modern installation on a trough. Chris also attended jobs in Noble Park, Croydon, Dingley and Upwey.
James replaced a hot water system in Jetty rd Rosebud and regulated the water pressure there too to make the hot water system last longer too. James helped out after hours with a drain blockage at a Children’s Centre in Mount Waverley. Access to the drain has to come from the toilet with this job and he found lots of tree roots inside the drain. James also attended a Leak detection job in Edithvale where upon the initial testing found no water present, the excess water was being used from the hot water system. James also completed plumbing jobs in Mornington, Berwick, Edithvale and Seaford.
Troy’s first week flying solo with us and he attended quite a few jobs from all over Melbourne. He attended a leaking toilet cistern in Bon beach and found several things wrong on both toilets. He decided that replacing the cistern was the best most cost-effective option for the customer and the option that gives the best warranty. This week Troy also completed a kitchen job in Tootgarook on the Mornington Peninsula, he installed new hot and cold pipe work and also completed some drainage works and installed an oven. Troy also completed plumbing jobs in Mt Eliza, Endeavour Hills, Box Hill North and Boronia.
Jason completed several large jobs ranging from a hot water system call in Corio (Geelong) which took care of a hot water problem for the customer and saved them from burns as he installed a tempering valve as well. A good choice if you have young children or elderly people using the system. He also completed a Leak detection job in Church st Kilsyth which resulted in a complete water renewal from the meter to the house. Extra digging was involved and the end result was a very clean driveway with no damage, all that was left to do was to replace the plants we needed to remove. He also completed a gas line installation for a new pool heater in Parkdale for an existing valued customer. Jason Completed plumbing jobs in Box Hill, Mitcham, Corio and Ringwood.
