Lara and the northern Geelong suburbs around it are one of our busiest regional areas. From Lara through Corio and Norlane, we're across this patch almost constantly.
Over the last two years we've done nearly 500 jobs around Lara. The work runs the full range, because the area does: Lara is growing with newer estates, while Corio and Norlane have plenty of established post-war homes. That means everything from straightforward jobs in new builds to drain and pipe problems in the older streets.
When a drain blocks in the older parts, we check whether tree roots or aging pipework are behind it rather than just clearing it. In the newer estates it's rarely roots, more often something simpler. Either way, we find the actual cause so it's sorted for good.

We don't send one person to look and another to do the work, and we never pull your plumber off your job to chase the next call.
