Jack did a great job on a major pipe reline over several days. Also tidied up the front yard and replanted lawn where excavation occurred. Easy to deal with, reliable, highly recommended.

A very positive experience with Fix it Right Plumbing in upgrading both the sewerage and storm water drainage systems with internal moulded pipes inserted within the existing (and degrading) clay pipes. Jarrad was our primary contact and scoped the source of our problem and put forward possible solutions and costs. Richie (the Boss) from Geelong drove up to Canberra with the very sophisticated equipment to do the job. Then the local Canberra crew joined them for the work. The scope of the work from deconstructing a raised rock garden bed and cutting through a concrete path to access the old pipes in addition to the actual plumbing work was done efficiently and reconstructed perfectly. Such pleasant and professional tradesmen. It was a great pleasure to have them do this extremely complicated work for us.

Steve and I recently had Thane from Fix it Right plumbing completely change our 40 + year old stormwater pipe system in our front and backyards ... it was breaking apart and stormwater wasn't flowing to where it should. Thane worked with us for 2 weeks and in that time was helpful, made us aware of what was being done, was polite, hardworking and a credit to the company. Brady did a brilliant job with the diagnosis and repair of a difficult blocked and broken sewer outfall line that had been damaged during a tree removal and an extensive root system . Also replaced two faulty cisterns while he was here - great job!

Fixit Right turned up on time. I booked via their telephone contact and soon after received all the service details by email. Two other local plumbers were contacted by email query and mobile voice messages but no reply provided. Mitch and Dillon arrived and worked out a quote on the scope of work. This is very efficient and provides the costs before work. Part of the drain solution included contacting ACTEW who were on-site in 30 minutes. That was appreciated by all. Mitch and Dillon also had to manually move about a cubic metre of soil to access the buried storm water and drainage pipes which had been fractured by tree roots. A big day's work (0830 - 5pm). I was kept informed of all the steps and options. Very impressive service. Would hire again.

It was our pleasure to have Thane working on a big job at our place to repair our broken sewer and stormwater pipes. He was always on time, always thinking up the best ways to fix the problems, shared his knowledge and and talked us through what was happening every step of the way. He also liaised with the water supply company who came out to inspect the work and told us his work was excellent. Although it was a huge job, at the end of the work Thane left things in great shape, I'm still amazed he managed to drive the digger through our side gate with just mm to spare! I highly recommend Fix It Right, Jack S did a fantastic job diagnosing, clearly explaining, and then fixing a very difficult collapsed pipe underneath our 1m thick house slab. We contacted Fix It Right to have a look at some damage to our stormwater. Ben was great to deal with, he was professional, down-to-earth and when he discovered there was multiple problems in the system, he was able to problem solve and provide us with some suitable options before proceeding. What ended up being a multiple day job and digging up a large section of the yard, Ben completed the job well and returned the yard to an acceptable level without damaging any of the plants.

Tristan did a fantastic job repairing the broken storm water drain pipe. He was very knowledgeable about his work, has great communication skills and is a hard worker. He provided options for repairing the drain pipe and for me the most important thing was that he regularly provided updates about the progress of the work which included showing me all the different stages and gave me a much better understanding of the process.

We knew we had pretty severe pipe problems, but a blocked toilet is why we got in touch with Fix It Right plumbing. Jarryd came and unblocked the toilet and we finally got at least some of the pipes relined. Jarryd explained everything to me the whole time, there were no hidden surprises. I can’t say enough great things about Aaron our plumber. I had major water issues on my property in Highton, Geelong. They included blocked and broken storm water drains, problems with retaining wall movement and water pooling in the backyard. And a in ground trampoline pit constantly flooding every time it rained. Aaron used specialised equipment that could visually show me blockages and cracks in the pipes, he was able to isolate all the issues. He was always professional and up front about repairs and cost. I was a little nervous about having trades people on my property as l am a female home owner with special needs children. Aaron was incredibly respectful and conscious of safety at all times. He worked quickly around our schedule, cleaned up each day, and left my property looking great. This was a big surprise considering he had a lot of earth to remove, concreting, and garden beds to dig up. The other great thing about his work is he replanted for me 👏. Chris was punctual, polite and got the job done. He persisted with a stubborn blocked storm water drain which eventually required excavation work. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he needed to do and showed me the offending piece of damaged, blocked pipe afterwards.
