Wow, I cannot rave enough about how good Fix It Right Plumbing are... I recently purchased a new BBQ that had a conversion unit to support the use of Natural Gas, & when I connected the unit to my BBQ, the smell of gas was strong... I contacted Fix It Right Plumbing to come & problem solve the issue for me, & Jacob arrived (actually earlier than expected, including a call to ask could he come early), & he spent a good 30-40 minutes determining my issue, & as it ended up being a faulty hose, that was covered under Warranty, he showed me where the issue was & also didn't charge me, as it wasn't a problem he could actually fix. These guys are amazingly professional, responsive, on-time & they will be my only contact for any plumbing work in the future.

Asked them to fix a leaking hot water unit, required a replacement. They replaced it quickly, and fixed some other issues at the same time. There was some miscommunication about some pipework, I was able to call the office to get things fixed up, and even on short notice, they were happy to send someone out on Christmas Eve and rework the pipes. I'll definitely be calling these guys next time I need a plumber, highly recommend.

*This review is written on behalf of my parents* I had 3 different and very professional Fix it Right plumbers over the last 2 years for various services. Each time, Shanae (the polite and understanding receptionist) promptly organised appointments, followed by punctual and professional plumbers who knew exactly how to fix the problems while explaining along the way and the costs involved. I highly recommend this family owned business who care about their clients. I give them 5 stars for all of the above and couldn't be any more impressed.

Daniel was fantastic, came out once on Thursday and fixed a couple of problems, before we realised that we needed to turn the water off to the whole apartment block. Daniel quickly organised a return visit for Monday which was our next available day, and came out and smashed out 5 fairly involved tasks in around half a day. He was flexible to what we needed and gave great advice.
