These guys are great. Very responsive and on time. Prices quoted up front and very reasonble. Used them in December last year. Definately will use them for all my future Reno work. Chris did an excellent job, very professional, quality of work was top notch. Extremely happy and highly recommend. It's hard to get a good plumber in Canberra who doesn't overcharge.

I came back from holiday to find the gas hot water not working. Jacobe came round that morning and gave me several options of what was required to fix the gas hot water system. I agreed to install a new system which Jacobe did on the spot which took many hours to install. Jacobe also assisted me with other queries I had round the property which were irrelevant to what he was there to do. This was all done on the day, during the holidays and while Jacobe had a new born at home. I cannot thank Jacobe enough for doing this urgent job for me and also managing to negotiate an amazing price - it was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Jacobe!

I had a broken sewer and water pipe pierced by an underground NBN cable installation gone wrong. Hector was very helpful, friendly and professional to locate the problem, dig a metre down and fix the problem with ease by attaching a new piece of pipe to the original by using sleeves. He was also able to locate a further non related issue further along where two pipes had separated. The following day, he was joined by Richard and Adam who made up a compound and pushed it through to where the problem was. The compound hardens around the break to then harden to be harder than the pipe itself. They were able to locate and repair using a camera and light pushed through the existing pipes to locate and troubleshoot any other issues. They were very transparent and open in explaining what had happened, the ramifications if left unchecked and happily imparted their knowledge and explained what they were doing willingly. I will use them again without hesitation should the need arise for any job, big or small. They were happy to travel to Blairgowrie to fix the issue and I can’t thank them enough.Well done guys!
