Company and plumber Jack were both great. Communication is great. Responsive to enquiry. Emailed and called to offer available booking times. Confirmed booking via email. Called a day ahead to confirm booking again. Punctual with appointments. Plumber Jack called before arrival. Assessment and quote process excellent. Great communication as work progressed. Whole company and everything about the process and work is as good as you get. Something for all trades to aim for.

Jack was very pleasant to deal with. He found the cause of our low water pressure quickly and gave us transparent and clear advice on what to do. He quickly installed a couple of taps and fixtures and was very professional throughout.

Very happy with service and quick response to a burst pipe at the front of my house. Brendan was great, preparing the pressure valve and was also able to fix an issue we had with our bath. Will definitely use fix it right plumbing in the future.
