I called yesterday and someone was able to come out this morning. Incredibly easy and friendly booking service with great communication. Dave (plumber) called ahead to let me know he was nearby, was extremely friendly and professional. We had been told we may need to upgrade our storm water drains by another contractor, Dave did a really thorough check of the system and informed us this wasn't really necessary. He also checked our toilet as we had been having some issues and gave us pricing options for replacement. He also gave us some advice on other issues that may pop up, but that weren't a priority for now. Overall extremely happy with the service. Professional, friendly, explained all our options and there was no pressure to make decisions or book. Highly recommend.

Chris was wonderful and went above and beyond the job that I had originally booked in (installing a washing machine and drilling a hole in the sink basin). The team kept me updated as the job Chris had before mine was running longer, and Chris had great communication throughout the job. The up-front pricing was great, as was the diagnostic checks on the plumbing throughout the rest of my place. As a new homeowner who has just moved in, it was great to get an overall plumbing check up. In addition to the washing machine installation and the new hose he needed to go and get, he also removed the flow restriction on our showers and tightened up the handles to the sinks. 10 out of 10 would use Fix It Right again, and would recommend to anyone who wants a no nonsense, helpful plumber. Arron came out to do a few plumbing jobs this morning and I can't recommend him highly enough 🙂 He was friendly, knowledgeable and showed great customer service. He replaced a shower head in the main bathroom, he fitted a new tap in the laundry and unbeknown to me replaced some very worn and rusted piping in the bathroom (which if I had left any longer would of flooded my house). Thank you to Arron for addressing this, your a lifesaver! Well done Arron!

I cannot recommend highly enough! Jacobe attended the job at my house and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work straight away after discussing pricing. He communicated with me about the job during the entire process. Jacobe took the time to explain other parts of the plumbing relating to my house for example how to shut off my water if I have a burst pipe and how to care for my hot water system to prevent issues. I greatly appreciated his expertise. Jacobe is without a doubt an asset to this company and I will be requesting and recommending him in the future
