Called Fix It Right Plumbing for the Mornington peninsula and spoke to the lovely Tamara. She arranged for a plumber to come out to fix the toilet cistern. The plumber couldn't come the same day though Tamara kept me informed and arranged it for the following day. The next morning I received an email with the name of the plumber (Ben), his bio and photo, so I would know who to expect. This is a great idea. As promised, Ben called me 20 mins before arriving, which gave me time to contact my mother (as it was for her toilet, not just because I needed to call my mother). Perfect timing as she has some memory issues so.needed to tell her as close as possible to the arrival time. Ben advised the flush valve could be replaced and he also did a check of the plumbing overall. We ended getting a few extra things done, to comply to current standards. Ben was great, very nice, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again, great company, lovely receptionist and lovely plumber.

Lauren was highly professional and personable over the phone. She provided a detailed overview of the plumbing company’s services and the procedures involved in attending to my plumbing concerns. Also, not having a call-out fee, should be a huge attraction for potential customers; we can focus on paying for the actual services rendered. I will post a follow-up review once the plumber has addressed the specific issues. UPDATE: FIRP's office contacted me on the agreed date to inform me of the plumber's ETA and to confirm my availability. They also sent me a photo of the designated plumber with a short bio (nice touch as it humanises the business-customer relationship). Blaze (from the Canberra office) assessed my specific plumbing issue. He also enquired about the various plumbing outlets throughout my home (e.g. bathrooms, toilets, taps and outdoor (garden) hoses. He provided detailed costs for replacement/servicing. I chose the option for my immediate needs only and there was no hard sell/pressure from Blaze. He further emailed the various quotes, if I wished to proceed at a future date. Blaze replaced the water cistern and pleasingly, also cleaned up his work area. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience and outcome, from my first contact with FIRP to the conclusion of the task.

Gerry and Blaze were bloody brilliant . Took their time to totally analyse the issues that we have lived with for over five years and resolved everything that previous plumber’s did not. We have hot water everywhere like never before and fully flushing toilets . Plus they are wonderful ppl that explained everything along the way so the costs weren’t a shock . We had a toilet leak today and phoned Fix It Right Plumbing who initially installed new plumbing fittings for us we were so happy with their work, we called them agaon. I cant speak highly enough about Jarryd who attended today and fixed our leaking toilet very fast and informative. Jarryd showed us a photo of where the leak was. Fix It Right Plumbing are very professional plumbing company the office staff kept informed via email we even got a photo of our Tradesman in the email. We where also given an ETA and a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival. So no having to wait around all day, cant get better than that. Very happy with their service and highly recommend Fix It Right Plumbing. They will be our GO TO PLUMBER for any future needs. If i could give 10 stars u would. ONCE AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I'm pretty satisfied with the plumbing service overall. Heath did an amazing job replacing my in-wall toilet with a regular one. The workmanship was excellent and the installation price was reasonable. Jack also did a great job replacing the valve on the other toilet and installing a water pressure regulator. Everything was done professionally and works well. The only downside was that the price of the valve and the water pressure regulator was higher than I expected. Overall, a reliable service with skilled plumbers. I'd recommend them.

What started out as a routine toilet replacement led to the discovery of major issues with the sewage system then later the gas line. Brady did a brilliant job with the diagnosis and repair of a difficult blocked and broken sewer outfall line that had been damaged during a tree removal and an extensive root system . Also replaced two faulty cisterns while he was here - great job!

Ben was a lifesaver, replacing the toilet in our kids/guest bathroom in time for our overseas guests to arrive. Non urgent job, Shaun attended in a few days and provided alternatives to rectify the problem. When unexpected challenges arose, Shaun provided solutions. I thought the pricing was good given he was there for more than a day, and nothing was too much trouble. We will use them again. Lovely friendly guys. The only feedback would be to provide online invoicing so customers can pay themselves online.

Very responsive and arrived on time. The plumber who fixed my toilets was very good. The advertised fully stocked van didn’t have the plastic seal needed to stop the water dripping from the toilet, so he had to go out to get it. I paid $470 to replace 2 seals that took a few minutes to do. Cannot fault the service, but think I was overcharged and won’t use again.

Even with the delivery of the incorrect toilet (supplier fault - not theirs) they quickly sourced toilets that would work for us and installed superior toilets at no additional charge. We got fix-it-plumbing out to sort out a mixture of problems with a gas leak, non-working toilet and poor water pressure at our new house. Corey, their plumber, came on time (actually a day early, they had a gap open up) and spent several hours working to repair all of the problems. He did a great job as a 'plumbing detective' and didn't give up until he'd identified all the things which were causing the issues. We now have a much better house! Corey was cheery and friendly and explained everything to us that was going on. I was impressed by how much effort he went to - including making sure after the first problem was found that there was no other problems elsewhere as well. Essentially he did a full service of our gas and water plumbing. Would definitely call fix-it-plumbers again.

Corey came out to check a toilet issue which thankfully just required a quick fix at no charge as it was under warranty. He also took the time to check plumbing in the rest of the house and identified an issue that could have been much worse down the track. Corey was very knowledgeable and complete professional. I’ve contacted Fit-it-Wright Plumbing for a leak in the shower. Jack came to inspect the issue and since he was there I’ve asked him to replace three toilets and all the tape wares, shower heads and garden tapes. I’m very happy with his work. Contacted Fix-It-Plumbing regarding a lingering odour issue in our home. Jack from Fix-It came and he's been the best plumber we've had come around to assess the problem so far. He's professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, a great listener and communicator. Odour is a difficult one to isolate but his process of elimination and justification of the potential source of odour, led us to a possible damaged seal to the downstairs toilet. We agreed this would be the best and likely place to begin and fingers crossed, would soon resolve our issue. Thank you to Jack who arrived on time and was very well presented and knew exactly what to do after explaining the toilet problem. He was very efficient and also checked all other plumbing connections in the house. I was very impressed, as in the past my experience with plumbers has not been good to say the least. A quote was given to us to fix the toilet and also to change the connections to the taps in both en-suite sinks. I have been putting up with slow running taps for months and what a relief to find Jack who could rectify this for me. He was fast and efficient. A quote for any other work required was also given. I have never experienced a tradesman to put the dirty towels he used to soak up the excess water from fixing the toilet, into my washing machine and starting the wash to save me the hassle. What a bonus! Also the subscription to join Fix It Plumbing was a great idea to give us 15% discount should we need more plumbing work done in the future. Had a sudden toilet leaking issue and we needed someone to come in ASAP as it was our only toilet in the house shared between 3 people. Brendan arrived within the next couple of days and was punctual and very thorough when it came to explaining how things worked - overall a great, friendly guy. I have called for their service twice already this year. In April, Joseph replaced all our 15-year-old/leaky cisterns. In May, Jack installed our fridge/dishwasher/washing machine at our new house and replaced a leaky tap from an old house on the same day and at short notice. In both instances they have provided costs & alternative options on site before doing the actual work. They also respond very quickly, as Raquel did, after booking online. Dave Casnji is punctual, helpful, polite, kept me informed of what he was doing and removed old toilet parts. Given fridge magnet also and discount when requested. Rang me 30 minutes before arrival so helped me to plan my day. Office staff also efficient and send documentation immediately. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing issues.

Really happy with the quality of the work performed. James fixed my leaking toilet, shower head and taps, kitchen tap and dishwasher. His was professional and had awesome energy. He had all replacement taps and showerheads on board and they were fairly decent looking. He was running late from another appointment and I was kept up to date by Shenae who was also very quick and helpful with my questions over email. The online booking system was really easy to use. Called and they send James within the hour. He was very thorough with his inspection and noticed the hot water flow was a bit weak. He not only got my toilet cistern fixed which was the reason I called Fix-it but also my hot water pressure and some water taps leakage fixed too. Very happy and satisfied.
