James was highly professional and friendly, communicated with us throughout the job and performed the work to a high standard all within an hour. Would definitely recommend.

I've chosen four starts because they were meant to come yesterday but got held up, which I understand, but had hung around for about 3.5 hours waiting. When James did come the next day, he arrived on time, and was very helpful. Gave me a full quote before commencing work.

I contacted Fix It Right regarding a leak that I was concerned about. The office team were great to deal with and explained the process thoroughly. Dave came this morning and showed outstanding perseverance in finding where the leak was coming from. Communication was great - talked me through what he'd be doing step by step and gave me great confidence that he knew his stuff. A job well done and I'd thoroughly recommend them.
