We had been having issues with our hot water unit for a long time. The water wasn't getting very hot and then all of a sudden the water could not get hot at all! So we decided to call Fix It Right Plumbing as we couldn't afford to leave it like that for more than 2 days. Even though it was during the first week or so of COVID19 lockdown, we were so happy that they were able to come down on the same day as we called! They came over, took a good look, asked some good questions, and then they gave us options and prices. As we've had our water unit for over 20 years, we decided to go for a new one. It was a bit expensive, but it was worth having it bought and installed in just one hour, and they took the old one away for us. The man who served us was very friendly and patient and he did a very good job 🙂 I would definitely recommend these guys for quality service. Thank you so much, guys!

Getting a new hot water system was definitely the way to go and while initially more expensive, A correctly installed system with the right adjustments can make your unit last a lot longer than some of our competitors (also we believe we have the best after sales service of the lot) in case there is any other issues you need sorted too. Fix It Right Plumbing - Dave Casnji - a job very well done! Dave was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our problem, explained and consulted on each decision before continuing. We also received an on-the-spot quote. Dave's efficiency was outstanding!!! which we really appreciated!!!!! We will highly recommend Dave and 'Fix It Right Plumbing'.

Very happy. Chris turned up early and did the job first go. The work was done to professional and safety standards for a good price. I will definitely call fix it right plumbing anytime I need a plumber.

We had Adam respond to our gas leak that was causing grief for over a year! he helped with assessing and providing a repair that was easy to complete and at a competitive price. I had a very happy experience with this company. The allocated plumber Dave (who was highly professional and friendly) came to do an inspection for a leak in my property. Communication was amazing, Dave talked me through what needed to be done and gave awesome advice. Super helpful. Well done Dave!
