I have always been a sceptic when it comes to googling for services as often times you might get a dodgy business. The reverse was the case with Fix It Right Plumbing. Had a leaking tap in my laundry and after enduring hubby’s attempts at fixing it, we had no choice than to call in an expert. Did try a few other plumbing businesses online before ringing Fix It right. Customer service was fantastic, had follow up chats with Claire who was pleasantly helpful and friendly trying to find a suitable time for their guys to come check out my problem. Brendan arrived the next day and it was like we knew each other, he was very knowledgeable made me feel comfortable about having a stranger in my home, gave me a fair and reasonable price and engaged in a friendly banter through out. Did a walk through to check we had no issues that would cause us to worry. This will be my first review for any business, I am of the opinion that when it’s done right , show appreciation. Highly recommend this business. It’s been 3 weeks the job was fixed and we have had no issues and absolute value for money. Great team here, keep the good work going. Daisy ( Monday 22/3/2021)

This company was great to deal with. Very easy to make the booking through the website. Once on-site, Dave walked me through all the items I'd asked about and advised of some other work that might be required, but didn't start on anything until the work and price had been discussed and agreed upon. I would definitely use this company again.
