We had Joseph come in to investigate a leak. He was on time, very professional to deal with and provided fantastic service. We had the leak identified and fixed at a very reasonable price. The work was awesome as he made sure he left the premise only after cleaning everything with no trace of any digging. I would definitely recommend FixItRight plumbers for any plumbing needs.

Basically believe all the 5 stars guys - no need to look any further. Had a bunch of jobs done around the house and everyone was on time, professional, knowledgable, cleaned up and quick. Not only that but Jack and Sid were just all round great guys - super respectful, thorough, not too salesy, friendly and they even made sure our cat didn't get out the front door. Booking person was lovely too! Do yourself a favour and just go with these guys. As one famous duo said - You can blame it on the drain yeah yeah . . . but you'll be thanking fix it fo sure. 😉

Called Fix it Right Plumbing for an emergency water leak under my grandparents house, and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Dave! He was so polite and patient with my non English speaking grandparents, made them feel at ease and communicated what the problem was and how he was going to fix it without any issues. Would HIGHLY recommend him and would not hesitate to use this company again for any future problem.

We rang the company yesterday. The booking receptionist was friendly and helpful. This afternoon Joseph and his apprentice Wade arrived on time to fix the underground water pipe leakage in the front garden of our house. They were both friendly and professional , worked efficiently and explained everything aspect such as the cost quote for the jobs to be done, and how he was going to tackle the problems in details.. The leakage was identified promptly. Joseph then dug into the ground and changed the leak section of the pipe. The tasks were completed with such great efforts and good spirits that both my husband and myself were so impressed. We would highly recommend their service to our friends Thank you so much Joseph !

Jack arrived punctually to assess the corrosion and leaks in our old galvanised water main and the state of all cold and hot water pipes under the house. He also checked all the taps and toilets etc to see if they were all in good working order. Jack was able to give us a cost estimate on the spot and a definite date for the repairs. On the appointed day, Jack and Adam turned up early with their bobcat excavator and by the afternoon, the cold water system was all working again. The hot water pipes including the 17 year old hot water heater were replaced the next day. The pipe replacement required Jack to crawl into and work in very tight spaces under the house, spaces probably only about a foot high. Regardless of the difficulty, he was consistently cheerful and helpful when I needed clarification. Jack was absolutely right, the lack of pressure, especially in the garden taps was the result of the build up of rust inside the galvanized pipes. We didn't expect this, and so were surprised when Jack took off for a while and returned with bags of potting mix and lawn seeds which he scattered over the entire excavated area, leveled it and even watered it! There is no doubt we will turn to Fix It Right Plumbing for any future plumbing or gas work. Punctual, Professional in problem analysis and solving, Efficient in execution, Friendly and Helpful.
