Highly recommend Fix It Right Plumbing. They responded quickly to my call, and their tradesman Corey was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Before commencing the job he provided a cost that I think was very competitive and he completed the work to my complete satisfaction.

Highly Recommended Daniel and his team! We have some very complicated plumbing issues in a house we recently moved to, Daniel done a very detailed analysis on everything throughout the house and provided different options for us to consider. Corey again did an superb job this time. Not until the old water heater was dismantled that we found a large cavity in the external wall that was left behind in the installation of the old heater as well as the messy piping layout. It’s a tedious and difficult task to have everything fixed but Corey showed his professionalism and expertise during the process. Not only had he completed the installation of a new water heater and properly realigned all the pipes, he also worked hard in coming up with good solution in covering the cavity with a nice-looking cement sheet. It took him a long time to have the whole job completed but he never complained about it. He finished it with excellent workmanship. I have no hesitation to recommend your company to friends and family.

I received a call from Mitch when he was at mum's,he explained everything and gave a very reasonable quote, he had the whole job done before the time he was even booked to arrive. Aaron serviced our continuosly flushing toilet. He is a recent arrival in Melbourne from the NT. Was a little cold as you would expect in cool Melbourne. He will need some more jumpers soon. Thank you Dave for fixing our storm water issues! I had another plumber in to jet, camera and identify the issues in my storm water drains. I didn’t get a real sense of confidence in their communication and based on the amount of positive reviews Fix It Right Plumbing have, I really wanted to get them in to have a look and see if all these reviews were the real deal. I’m glad to report that they are! I gave the go ahead to do the job based on the issues identified by the first plumber and we discovered that it wasn’t the real issue at all. Dave was able to correctly identify the correct storm water pipe with the blockage and from there I knew we were able to move ahead with much greater certainty. Dave’s communication was positive and I felt no sales pressure to go ahead with the work which was clearly explained to me before accepting it. He also worked very efficiently, taking minimal breaks and I could trust that he was working at 100% all the time. I honestly felt like telling him to take it easy with the digging, but even though he was puffing he was still quickly going at it like a mad man! These guys certainly aren’t the cheapest and they clearly say on their website that the don’t compete at that level. Honestly, you don’t want the cheapest as evident from the mis-findings from the first plumber. You get what you pay for and I definitely felt that I got what I paid for and more. As I live locally, Richie (top boss) even came to check on what Dave was doing which was unexpected but re-assuring as it seems he likes to run a tight ship. If there was some feedback I could give, it would be the membership. It’s on the invoice I received but I would expect some sort of welcome pack for becoming a member and my entitlements and more details about the membership such as how am I given priority over non-members if I have to enquire the same way as them? Overall, I’m really glad that I found Fix It Right Plumbing and I feel like no stone was left unturned to fix my problem.

Tony this is an absolute ripper of a review. Very detailed and very on point. Everything you have spoken about here; from Dave being efficient, great communication and leaving no stone unturned is absolutley spot on. Also you mentioned we are not the cheapest, this is also spot on too. We firmly believe that by doing a "cheap" and therefore "quick" job, you are left short changed as the customer. We find time and time again that doing the job the "right way" (which means getting to the bottom of the issue and fixing the cause of the issue rather than just the symptoms) means that you the customer gets much more value for money and you don't need to call us back time after time for the same issue. Tony we are thrilled that you took a chance on us and even more thrilled that it payed off for you 🙂 and we are happy to have you as our customer. Thanks also for your feedback on the membership pack. We will take this on board too 🙂
Dave Casnji has done great job fixing our stormwater pipes. He has been very professional and proactive. After the job was finished he cleaned all the rubbish and dirt leaving our frontyard and the street neat and clean
