Highly recommend Fix It Right Plumbing. They responded quickly to my call, and their tradesman Corey was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Before commencing the job he provided a cost that I think was very competitive and he completed the work to my complete satisfaction.

Highly Recommended Daniel and his team! We have some very complicated plumbing issues in a house we recently moved to, Daniel done a very detailed analysis on everything throughout the house and provided different options for us to consider. Very impressed with their service and professional advise. Most of the other plumbers attended previously left and never return to solve our problems. Corey again did an superb job this time. Not until the old water heater was dismantled that we found a large cavity in the external wall that was left behind in the installation of the old heater as well as the messy piping layout. It’s a tedious and difficult task to have everything fixed but Corey showed his professionalism and expertise during the process. Not only had he completed the installation of a new water heater and properly realigned all the pipes, he also worked hard in coming up with good solution in covering the cavity with a nice-looking cement sheet. It took him a long time to have the whole job completed but he never complained about it. He finished it with excellent workmanship. I have no hesitation to recommend your company to friends and family.

I called up today and spoke to a lovely lady, I explained the concern with my Mums shower and she advised that someone could go out today and inspect, explained how everything would work. I received a call from Mitch when he was at mum's,he explained everything and gave a very reasonable quote, he had the whole job done before the time he was even booked to arrive. I had Daniel come down to fix my drainage issues. Along the way he found other issues too for which he wasn't pushy about getting it done but provided the right advice. I found these guys to be honest, upfront . They quote on a fixed price and not by the hour. Overall I felt the work was done well as requested, learnt a lot as well along the way. I would happily call them back for more work in the future.

Having spent 45 + years in the service industry myself I can honestly say this is one of the best customer oriented business's that I have had the pleasure to deal with. From the first call until the completion of the job it was just so easy without any aggravation or hassle of any sort I am pleased to be able to say for once that the job was done right the first time, Dave the plumber who came out was just a delightful cheerful young man to deal with and absolutely knew his job, I just wish I could have had him as a worker for me when i had my business, he is a credit to this younger generation and a credit to this company, would I have Fix It Right come back again?without hesitation and I thoroughly recommend them without any qualms whatsoever, they are not the cheapest initially but I believe they are in the finish, by doing right & quickly the first time, so that in it self saves money. Dave Casnji was super professional and transparent about everything he did. It was great to see someone who clearly loved problem solving was in his element trying to solve the mystery of our leaking pipes. He explained every action as well as his reasoning. As it was a difficult case, he consulted his supervisor to ensure he had covered every angle. Definitely no hesitation in calling them again.

Can't thank Daniel enough for his efforts today. He not only fixed the problem we had but also other issues with our plumbing. He was very polite, professional and didn't pressure me into extras I didn't want. He also didn't make any promises he couldn't honour. So different to so many other companies I've dealt with previously. Finally a good, honest company that rates excellent service above profit. Do yourself a favour and call this company for any plumbing jobs. No I am not a relative or given a reward to provide a good review unlike some other companies.
