When my sewerage drain became blocked with tree roots, so I booked on line on Wednesday night making a booking for the following afternoon. In the morning I was sent a text informing me that I would receive a text 1/2 an hour before my plumber arrived. Ryan, my plumber did that and was soon on site. Ryan soon had the drain cleared and with the camera was able to show me where the problem was. We also had a look at a couple of long term solutions for me to think about. We had major/ total blockage in the main sewer drain, no water services in the house, Airbnb rented for a few days, plus helpful neighbours. The first company tried for a couple of days, effectively gave up & left both showers flooded with putrid water. Fix it Right turned up at 8 the next morning, persisted with a difficult issue and had the problem located & partially cleared in a few hours, no water mess in the house . Returned for replacement of a section of the main, big days work with digging & deep pipes & ornamental garden restored as if nothing happened. Professional, informative, up front. Booked a plumber through Fix It Right to come out to deal with two partially blocked toilets. Managed to clear them just a bit prior to the plumber, Josh, arriving. Josh checked the toilets and other taps / drains to give me peace of mind (I was about to leave on a trip!). He was friendly and informative about options. He didn’t even charge me for the visit. I am very grateful.

Thane attended our house to inspect a toilet blockage. After 30mins (including looking at plans and digging under some rocks in garden) he found the sewer pit. Apparently the blockage had corrected itself and he also showed me how they operate and what to look for if it happens again. Then proceeded to walk through the house and inspect all taps and plumbing etc to see if they were all OK. Turns out that they were and toilet fixed itself. 40mins total at our house triaging and at no charge for callout and inspect. I got quoted on some other optional plumbing around the house by receiving a fixed quote as soon as he got in the car. I am still in shock at the efficiency and quality of this company. I thought tradies were supposed to be disorganised at best. The friendliness, expertise and professionalism shown by Thane and the communication prior to attending was top notch. When I called with my plumbing issue the staff at the office were really helpful. They explained exactly how the call out and pricing worked and assigned Jared to my case. Jared called in advance to let me know what time he’d be arriving. He gave me updates and clear explanations throughout the process and explained all my options. He spent quite a while working through the blockage and tested it several different ways to make sure it was done right.

Fixit Right turned up on time. I booked via their telephone contact and soon after received all the service details by email. Two other local plumbers were contacted by email query and mobile voice messages but no reply provided. Mitch and Dillon arrived and worked out a quote on the scope of work. This is very efficient and provides the costs before work. Part of the drain solution included contacting ACTEW who were on-site in 30 minutes. That was appreciated by all. Mitch and Dillon also had to manually move about a cubic metre of soil to access the buried storm water and drainage pipes which had been fractured by tree roots. A big day's work (0830 - 5pm). I was kept informed of all the steps and options. Very impressive service. Would hire again.

Found drains were blocked.in the house after moving in. Google searched plumbers who could fix the blocked drains. A lot of results came out. As I was not sure which one to choose, I narrowed it down to a couple. The first one called me but no guarantee they would come today and wanted to schedule it on Monday. Thank the lord for Thane. Booked in for a simple fix for a leaking shower head and blocked drain but it turned out to be a much bigger, more urgent issue than I’d realised. We’ve now had 2 plumbers from Fix-It Right Plumbing; each did a great job - 4 years ago with our hot water service. This time Jack came out & fixed our blocked sewerage drain. We’d had a couple of plumbers out from other companies for this problem on previous occasions who just went for a temporary “fix” with a pressure blast. So the problem returned. I had Fix It Right to unblock my sewer pipe back in August. Josh arrived on time and did an excellent job. I got the sewer pipe unblocked, cleaned, and some small tree roots removed. Josh explained every step clearly and also the cost incurred, and only proceeded after I agreed. Josh was polite and very professional. However, to be honest, when I called, the staff answering my call refused to give a generic quote before hand, and the price turned out to be not cheap and built up quickly to almost doubled what I thought. The service was excellent though and If you don't care the price, I definitely recommend them.

Booked the service the night before going to sleep, got a called next day at 9am saying someone is on the way. My toilet was blocked and Kyle was able to determine the cause and eventually fixed the problem by removing the pipes / toilet and unclog it. He was also able to assess other part of the house where he then recommend to either fix it now or later on without pushing the service. Overall, got the job done within an hour and the service was great.

Just had Mitch around to clear out our kitchen drain. Arrived right on time and as soon as soon as he stepped into our place I realized he had taken his shoes off, very courteous. He explained that he would plunge the sink and, if that didn’t work, he would jet blast it. Plunging didn’t solve the problem so he jet blasted it and ONLY charged for the jet blast. Full transparency every step of the way and cleaned up the mess as soon as he was finished. Aaron and Bodie were remarkable. Polite, prompt and professional. Diagnosed what I thought was a major problem as being minor and almost instantly solved. Then went to the other bathroom where the drains were blocked by roots. Another plumber said it's hopeless I can't remove them so you have to replace drains. Aaron and Bodie used cutting edge inspection and water jets, and did a remarkable job, and left the house as clean (actually cleaner) than when they arrived. A fair price for a great job. I can’t say enough great things about Aaron our plumber. I had major water issues on my property in Highton, Geelong. They included blocked and broken storm water drains, problems with retaining wall movement and water pooling in the backyard. And a in ground trampoline pit constantly flooding every time it rained. Aaron used specialised equipment that could visually show me blockages and cracks in the pipes, he was able to isolate all the issues. He was always professional and up front about repairs and cost. I was a little nervous about having trades people on my property as l am a female home owner with special needs children. Aaron was incredibly respectful and conscious of safety at all times. He worked quickly around our schedule, cleaned up each day, and left my property looking great. This was a big surprise considering he had a lot of earth to remove, concreting, and garden beds to dig up. The other great thing about his work is he replanted for me 👏. Aaron was with us for a week, fixing what other plumbers had felt was a too complicated job. His knowledge of water, and landscaping issues is second too none. Joseph talked us through exactly what needed to be done step-by-step; how much each step would cost; and how to minimise costs by doing one thing first and seeing if the other steps still needed to be done. Arron conducted a number of tests over two days in order to find the exact source of our mystery water leak. He was able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak underneath our concrete driveway. He cut a very neat and small hole (about 50 x 50cm) in our driveway and found the pinhole-sized leak in the copper pipe and repaired it. He said it looked like it had been leaking for quite some time but because of where it was and its size, it had made it difficult to find. Arron also checked all the internal taps inside the house, and cleaned the tap filters which were dirty and fixed the water pressure issue in our en-suite shower which has made my husband very happy! This was all done at no additional charge. Whilst here, we asked Arron if he could also check our stormwater pipes. Arron put his camera and water jets down the pipes and discovered that we had a major blockage in one of our stormwater pipes just near our boundary under our front lawn. He returned a few days later. He dug a small 1m deep hole in our clay soil to expose the stormwater inspection pipe and junction where the blockage was and tried to blast it with jets but it wouldn’t budge. He managed to get a camera down past a tight tangle of tree roots and discovered that there was not only tree roots blocking the pipe but also the remains of a soccer ball, a tennis ball, a rubber ball and a spiky dog ball! Unfortunately, they were about 500mm past our boundary, but still technically in our pipe, so our problem. After discussions with some of his colleagues about how best to tackle it without having to involve the local council, it was decided that a much larger hole would be needed to get better access to the pipe on our side, to try and pull the balls out and then replace the pipe which was damaged and leaking. Some reinforcement arrived with the boss, Richard, driving from Carrum Downs to Werribee with a small bobcat digger. Richard and his digger made quick work on the hole and Arron was thankfully able to reach down into the pipe and remove all the balls and clear the pipe. Whilst Arron was doing this, Richard raced down to buy some additional supplies needed to repair the pipe and also a concrete sewer inspection pipe surround cover to put over the stormwater inspection pipe in the front lawn. When he returned, my husband mentioned that he had been looking at getting one of the concrete surrounds for sewerage inspection point in the back yard, so Richard jumped back in his van and raced back down to buy another one and when we asked how much it was, we were told there was no charge. Arron then replaced and repaired the stormwater pipe and then he and Richard filled the hole back in and cleaned up the area as best they could, which was tricky being sticky clay soil! We were very impressed with both Arron & Richard’s professionalism. They both followed Covid-19 Safety measures with mask-wearing and social distancing and Arron even offered hand sanitizer. Arron was very knowledgeable and was always polite and friendly. He provided a courteous phone call or text prior to arriving each day and was either early or right on time. He was also very tidy and clean and explained every step of the process, including costs involved and options for what turned out to be two very tricky issues and a huge 3-day effort. We would not hesitate to recommend the services of Arron and Fix It Right Plumbing and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing services we may require in the future. The professionalism displayed as well as attention to detail and customer satisfaction was second to none.

Had blocked sewer (again). They cleared it quickly. Without charge, they put a camera in, to find cause of blockage, and to show me. Roots had got into the pipe in 3 places. Would you believe the previous owners had built over the pipes? Rather than lay an expensive new pipe, they recommended a reline of 3 sections of the existing pipe. This was carried out by Brendan and Richard the next day. Although it was not cheap, it was value for money, as it has a 25 year warranty. Definitely recommend them.

My initial issue was a blocked drain in my laundry - I made contact on the Saturday morning and had a plumber at my place Monday morning - not only was Brendan on time, he was early! Brendan was super friendly and professional. I am pretty clueless when it comes to plumbing so he was great in explaining and showing me the issues he uncovered along the way. It ended up being a big job that took three days, but it was all clearly explained and I was shown the updates along the way. Arron did an amazing job. He came to check out a small leak in the roof and replace some taps but also recommended checking my pipes. Lucky we did because found lots of tree roots that were causing problems. Had Jason back a second time due to a blockage in the toilet upstairs. It was a difficult spot in the house to get to but Jason with his persistence finally managed to unclogged the toilet. He was very well equipped with detection cameras and hydrojet etc. We are now a member and would only use Fix It Right Plumbing. Thank you again Jason and also their office for great constant communications!

We found Fix it Right Plumbing to be polite, punctual and professional. We had a blocked toilet and although not a pleasant job it was done thoroughly and finished off well.

Called out to fix in issue with my shower being blocked, unfortunately the initial fix did not work, however they did offer a refund on the work given since the problem wasn't solved which I highly appreciated... thanks again
