What Rosie was living with
Rosie's home in Corio had blocked drains, leaking pipes and tree roots working their way through the system. Problems like that don't fix themselves and they don't stay the same. They get a little worse every month.
More than three plumbers had been out before us. Each of them had a look and found the problems. None of them fixed them. Rosie was left with the same drains, the same leaks, and a growing feeling that this was something she'd just have to live with.
What Jarryd found
Jarryd put a camera down the drains to find the exact cause, not a guess at it. It confirmed what Rosie had suspected for a while: the drains were badly blocked, the pipes were leaking, and tree roots had got into the system. The roots were the problem the plumbers before him had spotted and walked away from.
He showed Rosie what he'd found, explained it until she understood what was going on in her own home, and mapped out a plan to fix all of it. In this video he goes over the game plan.
