Had Hector attend my property for leak detection. Extremely professional, patient, reassuring and understanding. Coordinating between both units to find the leak. Working neatly, cleaning up and being careful of other fixtures was a plus for me. A plumber and plumbing company with a real vested interest into the problem the customer is really experiencing and not just for a 'job'. I understand every business needs to make a profit but it is very good to know that there are trades/company like Hector and fix it right plumbing that still uphold their work with such integrity and ethics. I hope this never changes as your business flourishes. Thank you to Hector sincerely for your efforts in detecting the leak. No doubt the repair is a process, I am confident this will be the final fix and peaceful days to come, all thanks to your expertise. I wish you all the best and stay safe. Chris from Fix it Right plumbing was fantastic, he called to let me know he was going to be about 15 minutes away which was earlier than scheduled. He took the time to explain the problem and my options to resolve. He answered all my questions and left the area he had been working in neat and tidy. The full health check they perform on your plumbing before leaving is a nice touch and clever way to drum up future business. I appreciated it and will use them again for sure.

We had a serious water pipe leak under the house. Fix It Right Plumbing sent Chris Heath out to fix the problem. Arrived and on time. He did a great job in eliminating the leaking pipe. Troubleshooted really well. Excellent workmanship really neat straight pipework, very good joins and finish which is exactly what I wanted. Very pleasant and obliging person as well. We'll definitely use Chris for all our plumbing work in the future Michael Shaw
