Highly recommend Fix It Right Plumbing. They responded quickly to my call, and their tradesman Corey was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Before commencing the job he provided a cost that I think was very competitive and he completed the work to my complete satisfaction.

Highly Recommended Daniel and his team! We have some very complicated plumbing issues in a house we recently moved to, Daniel done a very detailed analysis on everything throughout the house and provided different options for us to consider. Very impressed with their service and professional advise. Most of the other plumbers attended previously left and never return to solve our problems. Corey again did an superb job this time. Not until the old water heater was dismantled that we found a large cavity in the external wall that was left behind in the installation of the old heater as well as the messy piping layout. It’s a tedious and difficult task to have everything fixed but Corey showed his professionalism and expertise during the process. Not only had he completed the installation of a new water heater and properly realigned all the pipes, he also worked hard in coming up with good solution in covering the cavity with a nice-looking cement sheet. It took him a long time to have the whole job completed but he never complained about it. He finished it with excellent workmanship. I have no hesitation to recommend your company to friends and family.

I called up today and spoke to a lovely lady, I explained the concern with my Mums shower and she advised that someone could go out today and inspect, explained how everything would work. I received a call from Mitch when he was at mum's,he explained everything and gave a very reasonable quote, he had the whole job done before the time he was even booked to arrive. A huge thanks to Arron who spent most of the day installing my mums new oven and cook top. The cook top was a bit small compared to the original, but after a quick trip to Bunnings Arron came through with some neat metal strips to fill the gaps. The end result is fantastic. Courteous, punctual, polite and reliable...we have no hesitation in recommending Arron and Fix It Right Plumbing. Social distancing was observed and Arron kept a mask on at all times. Great job!

Had a call back from Adam today after a misunderstanding over an issue with my kitchen mixer tap. I now have a tap that works perfectly and would like to applaud the company's professionalism in following up this issue promptly and for their very generous offer of a partial refund. I had a problem with a water leak from an unknown source where the only symptom was water present on my nature strip after tree removal. Via a Google search, I found “Fix-it Right Plumbing” a company that stated they performed leak detection. I read the reviews and they were all very positive so I decided to try them. Arron was the plumber assigned to the job. He was on time, explained thoroughly what steps he would perform to detect the leak and gave me a clear breakdown of the prices. After each step, he would brief me on what he found and what action he would perform next. He eventually found the cause of the leak and repaired the issue. I was very happy with the outcome and Arron was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend using this company and Arron in particular.

Chris arrived on time and he was the only one who had a look and straight way mentioned to me that my water heater which had a big leak is still under warranty and I should call the company and they will fix it without a charge otherwise it would have costed me $2500 or even more. I can't thank him enough. This time may be i am not giving any business to fix it right but Chris has earned me as a life time customer. Thanks and Regards
