Highly recommend Fix It Right Plumbing. They responded quickly to my call, and their tradesman Corey was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Before commencing the job he provided a cost that I think was very competitive and he completed the work to my complete satisfaction.

We have some very complicated plumbing issues in a house we recently moved to, Daniel done a very detailed analysis on everything throughout the house and provided different options for us to consider. Corey again did an superb job this time. Not until the old water heater was dismantled that we found a large cavity in the external wall that was left behind in the installation of the old heater as well as the messy piping layout. It’s a tedious and difficult task to have everything fixed but Corey showed his professionalism and expertise during the process. Not only had he completed the installation of a new water heater and properly realigned all the pipes, he also worked hard in coming up with good solution in covering the cavity with a nice-looking cement sheet. It took him a long time to have the whole job completed but he never complained about it. He finished it with excellent workmanship. I have no hesitation to recommend your company to friends and family.

I received a call from Mitch when he was at mum's,he explained everything and gave a very reasonable quote, he had the whole job done before the time he was even booked to arrive. I have always been a sceptic when it comes to googling for services as often times you might get a dodgy business. The reverse was the case with Fix It Right Plumbing. Had a leaking tap in my laundry and after enduring hubby’s attempts at fixing it, we had no choice than to call in an expert. Did try a few other plumbing businesses online before ringing Fix It right. Customer service was fantastic, had follow up chats with Claire who was pleasantly helpful and friendly trying to find a suitable time for their guys to come check out my problem. Brendan arrived the next day and it was like we knew each other, he was very knowledgeable made me feel comfortable about having a stranger in my home, gave me a fair and reasonable price and engaged in a friendly banter through out. Did a walk through to check we had no issues that would cause us to worry. This will be my first review for any business, I am of the opinion that when it’s done right , show appreciation. Highly recommend this business. It’s been 3 weeks the job was fixed and we have had no issues and absolute value for money. Great team here, keep the good work going. Daisy ( Monday 22/3/2021)

Once on-site, Dave walked me through all the items I'd asked about and advised of some other work that might be required, but didn't start on anything until the work and price had been discussed and agreed upon.
