Same day call-out and Jared was a legend. Initially called because of a leak somewhere that needed fixing. Jared managed to locate and fix the leak no issues, and generally help get the plumbing in our house up to a good standard - something we needed to do as first time home owners. Would definitely recommend!

I found Thane to be very informative in relaying the problem and the requirements to fix the water leak. Upon completion Thane showed me what he had done and why. He also checked all the internal and external taps and a checklist of some minor leaks within the dwelling. Very happy with his work.

Two quite separate leaks in the body corporate pipes, were detected and completely fixed. The first by Ben and the second by Conrad - both lovely guys as well as being good at their jobs. Incredible service and work done by Thane. We have had an ongoing issue with our plumbing for over 10years, with multiple plumbers coming to inspect the issue and never giving us a real resolution or pinpointing where the problem was coming from. Blaze was is a really nice guy and did a amazing job on my new pressure regulator. He also did a leak detection test to try find a possible leak, there was no leak to be found so he put my mind at ease. Blaze is very informed and very professional with his plumbing, not once was he not respectful and caring towards me and im very appreciative of his work.

Brady came out to fix a leak and remove a pump and did such a great job, was able to help and communicate the issue and how he was going to rectify. Exceptional service from enquiry to completion. I called due to an upstairs shower causing damage to the downstairs ceiling. Had a water leak somewhere in the front yard and needed to get it fixed quickly. Booked online and had Conrad out the next morning to take a look. Called me half an hour before arrival, and turned up on time. Did an excellent job, manage to diagnose exactly where the leak was, excavated about 50cm down, discovered the pipe had been bent and split due to a tree root, repaired it, and was all done within a few hours. Great communication, no mess, lawn looks almost like it did previously. May not be the cheapest, but would definitely recommend Fix It Right for any tricky jobs.

We had a burst pipe that was flooding our living room a week before Christmas. After almost 6 weeks and 3 visits from other plumbers we cut our losses and found Adam at Fix It Right. Inside his first visit, Adam was able to detect the source of the leak and provided a set of options for us without any pressure or obligation for us to continue work with him. By the next day the entire issue was resolved — pipe located and repaired, excavation reinstated and preventative measures put in place to limit the likelihood of something similar happening again. Adam turned up at 8.30am on the dot both mornings, was professional, efficient and is obviously great at what he does. The main reason for our review though is that Adam was compassionate to our circumstances and genuinely wanted to help remedy a very stressful situation to us. We will never use another plumber and my partner and I are both very grateful.

Highly recommend. Thane was fantastic - solved a mysterious, very strong mould smell that made the front rooms of our house foul for almost a year. Thane took the time to explain what he was thinking, why, and the options. Very clear on pricing before he did each step. Jack was great! I’ve had a leak in my upstairs shower that I’ve been putting off for ages. Jack let me know the steps he was going to take to find the source of the problem. Once he started, he found the source very quickly and was able to let me know what needed to be done to fix it. We had a leaky tap hidden behind one of our cupboards, so we called Fix it right plumbing and they were quick to organise for someone to come out and investigate. Tristan was prompt, friendly, and provided a quote up front before any work was completed. He went through the house and also investigated all other plumbing and recommended future works which I did not know I needed fixing and this was helpful to avoid future call outs and problems. Due to water seeping through our kitchen and pantry floorboards, we needed a plumber urgently to prevent further damage to our property. Mitch was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with finding a leak in our bathroom that had been annoying us for months. Was great experience from them taking the call, scheduling a trade to come out ASAP (within the day) and then identifying the leak under my sink and fixing the issue in a super professional solution as compared to the ‘workaround’ original installation. I had been having an ongoing plumbing issues that a previous plumber (sent by Strata) told me was likely related to my shower. After having tilers out to quote what it would cost to re-waterproof my shower, something didn’t feel right. So, I called Fix It Right after using them with great results on other occasions to have them look at it. Ben came out and did a really thorough check of the shower and determined it was unlikely the cause of the leak. Then, rather than giving up, he did more extensive testing of the bathroom and determined it was likely the toilet. He came back to remove the toilet and see what the issue was, and there was an excess of water and broken parts that have likely been a issue for a while. He was a great communicator and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks to Ben perseverance, I didn’t end up spending thousands to re-waterproof my shower, when that wasn’t the issue in the first place. Safe yourself time, money and anguish and call these guys first!

I contacted Chris at Fix it right who arranged for Adam to inspect the cause of the leak the next day.Adam inspected the stormwater and sewage pipes which were repaired 3months ago by Brendan and Adam.There were no visible issues with both.Adam then had Brendan return yesterday to do a camera check of all piping system. A damage was located to a pipe in the kitchen sink.Brendan went to the shops to get the necessary materials and fixed the problem the same day. A slit in my old shower pipes hidden behind the wall, was causing copious amounts of water to leak through the ceiling downstairs. But I would've never even begun to come up with the possibility on my own, even after countless hours of scouring the internet for clues. My taps were also always leaking no matter what I did. Wary but also adamant to find a trustworthy plumbing service that placed honesty and customer care first after being ripped off before, I was pleasantly surprised to say the least, by how safe I felt in the hands of everyone from the customer service team to the plumbers. I was extremely impressed by how experienced plumber Jack was, being very meticulous across every stage of the process, from detecting and diagnosing the problem, especially going above and beyond to scrutinise and identify so many details that had the potential to cause damage overtime. No matter how busy and manually-taxing the work he and his team (Alec) was tackling, he always so considerate toward answering *any* doubts me and my family had in such a friendly and easy-going manner (even when it wasn't expressed in proficient English). The extra amount of thoughtfulness in the process of fixing and installing things, was what really blew me away - from taking measures to ensure the least amount of disturbance affecting us during his work, to making sure the quality and structure for the type of material installed (e.g. copper), was sustainable in the long-term according to its surrounding conditions (e.g. brick wall compared to concrete), and actually installing temporary structures so that we could use the bath in the meantime. Bottom line is, even though it would've caused him and his team so much more difficulty, choices were made based on providing the best quality. Best thing was the long warranties for installations that I didn't even think were as big or complex to be worth such a long number of years. Also he quoted us upfront after the inspection so that I had absolutely no worries about any surprise costs going forward. From start to end, Jack and his team was very professional and respectful. I had absolutely no qualms about the quality of work being done, across a three day effort. I will definitely be going back to them for any future plumbing issues and refer them to families and friends.

We had a leak we couldn't find - looking at the water meter I could see a ton of water being used, but no idea where it was going. Arron and his apprentice came around the next day and tracked it down (under the driveway), then had it fixed and the drive patched by the end of the day - very professional, very thorough, and really hard workers. While Arron was there, he also gave me some advice on getting a separate long-running issue fixed (large amounts of water pooling under the foundations of the house). To fix it Arron and his guys put in an agi drain and a sump pump for us. It took three days underneath the house, and involved digging through lots of rock - hard work! They did a great job, the whole area is now in great shape. I'd definitely recommend these guys - I was impressed with their ability to solve a problem, walk through the options, then deliver on what they said they would.

Our house was built 6 years ago and we were aware of a hidden water leak recently as meter runs without water ussage. Got in touch with Fix-it-right-plumbing via online query, and received a quick response after hours. Michael came in at scheduled time, did nitrogen leak testing to accurately spot the leakage under the concrete pavement next to the building - exposed the pipe underground to see the leakage due to the loose pipe fitting. Overall Michael did a great professional job to fix the leakage and made the best result as I can imaging. Well done.

Had a problem with LPG hot water not working and shower rail leaking. Rang in the morning and they sent out someone in the afternoon. Michael is a true champion! We had a burst pipe which was initially difficult to locate. However, Michael meticulously used all the tools in his plumbing arsenal to locate the burst, smashed away brick and fixed the burst, which he described as one of the hardest plumbing jobs he's ever done. We had Fix it Right Plumbing for two plumbing services. Most recently, we had a bath tub leak that went through the ceiling on the first floor and Dave from Fix It right Plumbing was so professional and competent in carrying out the fix. He explained the exploratory process thoroughly and we proceed with the fix. At each stage of the fix, he would explained what he is doing and reassured us that in the event that if it does leak again, Fixit Right guarantee the workmanship and would come back and attend to the fix. When carrying out the repairs, Dave was clearly in his element and it was great to see someone who loves his job, carrying out the repairs. Dave was also polite, neat, friendly and honest person to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him, he was first class in his approach. I also had Adam installed a mixer tap in my laundry room and he was great to deal with. When the leak did happen again, Adam came back and fix it. He was also very easy and friendly to deal with.

I booked online - very easy. Jack and the apprentice (Sid) came to have a look at a leak in my bathroom, had a quick look over everything else too, Jack explained all the issues with the plumbing to Sid (sounded like a good teacher!), explained issues to me, got the job done (and an extra one I thought about while they were here!) He wasn't pushy at all, just a nice, down to earth bloke, would happily use this service again. I've also had a visit from Hector, again, nice down to earth bloke, fixed up the botched seal around my bath (which was my own doing!), again with the help from Sid! Most recently I've also had Daniel come to help in our new house, he removed the hot water system and installed a new one, did a very professional job, was great with suggestions for other things too and in no way pushy, and Sid was back too! I would happily have any of them back for my next project.

Jack arrived punctually to assess the corrosion and leaks in our old galvanised water main and the state of all cold and hot water pipes under the house. He also checked all the taps and toilets etc to see if they were all in good working order. Jack was able to give us a cost estimate on the spot and a definite date for the repairs. On the appointed day, Jack and Adam turned up early with their bobcat excavator and by the afternoon, the cold water system was all working again. The hot water pipes including the 17 year old hot water heater were replaced the next day. The pipe replacement required Jack to crawl into and work in very tight spaces under the house, spaces probably only about a foot high. Regardless of the difficulty, he was consistently cheerful and helpful when I needed clarification. Jack was absolutely right, the lack of pressure, especially in the garden taps was the result of the build up of rust inside the galvanized pipes. We didn't expect this, and so were surprised when Jack took off for a while and returned with bags of potting mix and lawn seeds which he scattered over the entire excavated area, leveled it and even watered it! There is no doubt we will turn to Fix It Right Plumbing for any future plumbing or gas work. Punctual, Professional in problem analysis and solving, Efficient in execution, Friendly and Helpful.

What a find! A hidden leak in an established garden with extensive irrigation system Chris was able to pressurise the entire water network of the property with nitrogen, then wait for the result! Two undisclosed leaks were found using this approach with hissing and bubbling well under the ground coming to the surface (almost impossible to find otherwise), eventually leading us to the problem. Excellent process and Chris was superb, professional and all over his trade. I have finally found a brilliant plumber (and company) for the future. Highly recommended....

Had a leak from a top-floor bathroom that was staining a small ceiling area on the ground floor. Checked out various companies on google and eventually settled for Fix-it-right plumbing, as their website and reviews convinced me they were dependable. Brendan arrived, assessed the problem, talked me through what he was going to do, then gave me a quote before starting any work. I thought the price was fair so I accepted. While he couldn't fix the root cause (turns out it's a waterproofing/tiling issue in my shower), at least I know what to do next. I was so lucky to secure an appointment with Jack! He was prompt, polite and listened to my concerns and then went about investigating what might be causing our plumbing issues. After a thorough assessment and taking the time to explain it all to me, we looked at prices to match our options and Jack answered all questions with confidence. I was happy with the proposed costings and Jack organised us a new toilet, fixed another toilet and serviced a leaking tap. We had a very high water bill & assumed it was due to a leaking pipe! Joseph listened to our issue & thought outside the box. He gave us a couple of other reasons as to why this might be the case. Arron conducted a number of tests over two days in order to find the exact source of our mystery water leak. He was able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak underneath our concrete driveway. He cut a very neat and small hole (about 50 x 50cm) in our driveway and found the pinhole-sized leak in the copper pipe and repaired it. He said it looked like it had been leaking for quite some time but because of where it was and its size, it had made it difficult to find. Arron also checked all the internal taps inside the house, and cleaned the tap filters which were dirty and fixed the water pressure issue in our en-suite shower which has made my husband very happy! This was all done at no additional charge. Whilst here, we asked Arron if he could also check our stormwater pipes. Arron put his camera and water jets down the pipes and discovered that we had a major blockage in one of our stormwater pipes just near our boundary under our front lawn. He returned a few days later. He dug a small 1m deep hole in our clay soil to expose the stormwater inspection pipe and junction where the blockage was and tried to blast it with jets but it wouldn’t budge. He managed to get a camera down past a tight tangle of tree roots and discovered that there was not only tree roots blocking the pipe but also the remains of a soccer ball, a tennis ball, a rubber ball and a spiky dog ball! Unfortunately, they were about 500mm past our boundary, but still technically in our pipe, so our problem. After discussions with some of his colleagues about how best to tackle it without having to involve the local council, it was decided that a much larger hole would be needed to get better access to the pipe on our side, to try and pull the balls out and then replace the pipe which was damaged and leaking. Some reinforcement arrived with the boss, Richard, driving from Carrum Downs to Werribee with a small bobcat digger. Richard and his digger made quick work on the hole and Arron was thankfully able to reach down into the pipe and remove all the balls and clear the pipe. Whilst Arron was doing this, Richard raced down to buy some additional supplies needed to repair the pipe and also a concrete sewer inspection pipe surround cover to put over the stormwater inspection pipe in the front lawn. When he returned, my husband mentioned that he had been looking at getting one of the concrete surrounds for sewerage inspection point in the back yard, so Richard jumped back in his van and raced back down to buy another one and when we asked how much it was, we were told there was no charge. Arron then replaced and repaired the stormwater pipe and then he and Richard filled the hole back in and cleaned up the area as best they could, which was tricky being sticky clay soil! We were very impressed with both Arron & Richard’s professionalism. They both followed Covid-19 Safety measures with mask-wearing and social distancing and Arron even offered hand sanitizer. Arron was very knowledgeable and was always polite and friendly. He provided a courteous phone call or text prior to arriving each day and was either early or right on time. He was also very tidy and clean and explained every step of the process, including costs involved and options for what turned out to be two very tricky issues and a huge 3-day effort. We would not hesitate to recommend the services of Arron and Fix It Right Plumbing and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing services we may require in the future. The professionalism displayed as well as attention to detail and customer satisfaction was second to none.

Fix It Right Plumbing 1300 number was great for after hours. The Office kept me informed on the ETA. James arrived on time as advised. I had an water leak i was losing 1200 litres a day normal use 400. The leaking water was not seen around the home. He did testing and found the solar hot water was leaking on the roof ,water was going down the downpipes. James advised the fix and the cost. Very happy with Fix It Right Plumbing! We had a leak in the powder room in a newly built house and the two different plumbers sent by the builder could not detect or fix the leak. Jason spent some time detecting the leak with different methods and finally found the leak. It was also fixed on the same day. Jason also kept me updated on costs. Had Jason back a second time due to a blockage in the toilet upstairs. It was a difficult spot in the house to get to but Jason with his persistence finally managed to unclogged the toilet. I noticed a puddle in front of my house. It became bigger the following day and we couldnt find where the leakage was. I Called Fix it right plumbing and He came the same day. $500 for one hour of unsuccessful pipe location seemed excessive. When we discussed the situation, problems in the initial conversation were identified and I was assured would be acted upon. All interactions were polite and obliging and a comprise was arrived at. We all make mistakes. Good businesses do their best to rectify them and learn from them.
