I found Thane to be very informative in relaying the problem and the requirements to fix the water leak. Upon completion Thane showed me what he had done and why. He also checked all the internal and external taps and a checklist of some minor leaks within the dwelling. Very happy with his work.

I've used this company many times over the years and each time it is flawless. Communication is great all the way through from booking to the final invoice. Jack did a great job and suggested some lever taps that I never knew I needed until I saw just how much easier it made life for my boys in the shower! ;-)

Great service! The plumber supplied and installed a new basin mixer tap with valves, resealed our laundry trough to stop water leaking into the cupboard, and thoroughly tested everything after the job was completed. Whole process ran faultlessly for us. Short wait time (rang Wednesday, plumber arrived Friday). Jared came out to fix 50+ year old plumbing in kitchen and laundry. Jared replaced the leaky taps in the kitchen with ones that require no force to close (important for elderly hands). He did his absolute best with changing the dog of a hot-water tap in the laundry so now it only drips a very minimal amount instead of the steady dripping it was before. Dad opted for this particular fix (change taps) because a permanent working fix would require extensive work (unsurprising given the age of the plumbing and things are done differently these days with separate taps for washing machine and trough and not both running off same tap). The cold tap in the laundry was also replaced and works perfectly. What I really appreciated was the EXCELLENT communication Jared provided. Jared managed our expectations perfectly, and gave us an explanation of the condition of the plumbing in a way we could understand. We understood all the options available, and the possible outcomes were explained well enough that we knew that replacing the taps may or may not work perfectly, and if the pipes were too worn down for tap replacement to be 100% successful, then we'd need to have the plumbing behind the wall replaced. Costings and risks were explained before work commenced. No pressure to do anything right away. Excellent service. Will call again when we next need a plumber. Thank you Jared!

Josh was fantastic. He clearly outlined what needed doing, and even replaced some dodgy taps that had started to leak, which I hadn't noticed. Replaced cisterns, basins and taps in commercial property. They responded to my request for a quote quickly (booked online through the website). Non urgent job, Shaun attended in a few days and provided alternatives to rectify the problem. When unexpected challenges arose, Shaun provided solutions. I thought the pricing was good given he was there for more than a day, and nothing was too much trouble. We will use them again. Lovely friendly guys. The only feedback would be to provide online invoicing so customers can pay themselves online.

Thane did an excellent job - fixing a persistently leaking shower with a great approach. He was friendly, thorough and talked through any potential issues upfront which set clear expectations (it wasn’t quite a standard solution in the end!) and then ensured that not only the source of the leak was fixed, but double checked all other water outlets and even discovered a small gas leak that I was completely unaware of. Thank the lord for Thane. Booked in for a simple fix for a leaking shower head and blocked drain but it turned out to be a much bigger, more urgent issue than I’d realised. I accidently snapped my faucet and needed plumbing asap. They got me in for 8am Monday, which is perfect. Joel came around and was so down to earth and kind. i had used Fix it right plumbing before to fix my taps and shower this was done by Adam and i was very Happy with the work that he did. Yesterday i called Again and was promptly given an appointment for today 25/11/22. Jack arrived this morning and did a wonderful job of replacing my kitchen taps and repairs to my toilet. Tried to repair my leaky tap and made it worse. Booked this service online on a Saturday evening and Josh called Monday morning with an ETA and arrived on time. The process went exactly as described on the website - he assessed the situation, told us the problem, and gave us two tap options. The price was more than I expected, but that's because the tap was a high quality one (after checking on ebay). He installed the new tap and disposed of the old. Given that we're in an apartment he managed with street parking, returning back and forth 3-4 times. Overall, Josh was clean, professional, friendly.

Contacted Fix It Right to have a look at a broken mixer tap and some issues we noticed after moving in to a house. Arron and his colleague attended and provided me options across the price range and then discussed with me other concerns that we had with other areas, they listened and provided their thoughts without pressuring me in to anything. Fix It Right Plumbing shifted a laundry tub for me - and replaced a non-functional tap. The previous owners put the tub in the wrong place, but Brendan fixed the issue for me. A seemingly simple job to a home-owner, but of course more difficult than it seems. He did a great job and the service from everyone in company I spoke with was spot on - polite, helpful and of high value. Don't underestimate how nice it is to be able to fit your dryer into your laundry.

Wade was very helpful and offered some great advice on how to fix our drainage problems outside the house. We also needed a bit of work done fixing leaky showers and changing over tapware. Wade installed a new vanity in our ensuite and worked hard to get it done without too much disruption to our day. Definitely would recommend this company.

Had Fix It Right Plumbing come out to fix taps in both bathrooms and to increase water pressure in the spa bathtub. Fix It Right Plumbing were understanding when we had to change the initial appointment and worked around us to organise a new time. They also rang the day before the initial appointment just to confirm that was everything was still good to go. The appointment was for 0800, but he was running late, he rang 30min prior to the appointment to let me know which was great. Jack was friendly and very professional, as I am working from home he was quiet and got straight into the job. On completion there was no mess and work was done to a high standard. Great service from start to finish, Hector arrived on time such a friendly courteous man is he. If it wasn’t for fix it right plumbing I would have been in should I say hot water. Fixed my issues with my taps, stop valves and shower head. I can now sleep easy not worrying if I would open the door and water would be flooding out. Everyone should check their taps and for any leaks under their cabinets it could save you from a massive upheaval later on.

I was having a severe leak in the bathroom floor, and needed help in investigating the problem. Jack came down, and was able to promptly find the root cause. We had leaking pipe/tap in the kitchen, and we used Fix It Right's online forms to book a request for a plumber to come out urgently. Shanae from FIR was on the phone to me within 5 minutes locking in a time for one of their plumbers to come out to us. I was having hot water difficulties and a dripping sink when i called Fix It Right Plumbing. They were very polite and responsive and managed to have someone out to my house withink a few hours. Aaron was great. He assessed the situation and laid out what was wrong providing me with options (and suggestions) for what needed fixing and improving. The work was completed quickly and good naturedly. I was very impressed.

Really happy with the quality of the work performed. James fixed my leaking toilet, shower head and taps, kitchen tap and dishwasher. His was professional and had awesome energy. He had all replacement taps and showerheads on board and they were fairly decent looking. He was running late from another appointment and I was kept up to date by Shenae who was also very quick and helpful with my questions over email. The online booking system was really easy to use. Recommend!

I had an issue with a bathroom tap not working. As a result I got three separate quotes for the job. The first claimed I needed a valve regulator attached to the meter before the tap could be fixed. The second plumber told me I also needed to replace the garden tap pipe. Fix it right was my last quote. Dave had a different view - valve regulator was not a requirement for my older home nor did the pipe need replacing. Dave carried out tap replacements on the spot. Dave was honest with me and did the work required albeit at a reduced cost. Dave was pleasant and professional. Shenae from the office also communicated with me to keep me informed. This was appreciated. Now my go to plumbers! Highly recommended.

Arron did an amazing job. He came to check out a small leak in the roof and replace some taps but also recommended checking my pipes. Lucky we did because found lots of tree roots that were causing problems. He then replaced the affected pipes, removed the problem trees and once finished spread lawn seed to replace the grass that was lost. Arron always kept me informed of what was happening and what he was doing. He was polite and courteous at all times so highly recommend and would use this company again.

Had a shower that stopped working and a leaking tap, for which I wanted a new tap unit. Daniel arrived within 2 hours of my enquiry, checked all my taps and the shower, advised on what needed to be done with price before proceeding. I had everything working and new taps installed plus some other work within two hours. He advised on one or two other plumbing issues but did not pressure me to have work done. Will certainly call Daniel again for any plumbing issues.

Had a call back from Adam today after a misunderstanding over an issue with my kitchen mixer tap. I now have a tap that works perfectly and would like to applaud the company's professionalism in following up this issue promptly and for their very generous offer of a partial refund. Fix It Right's attitude in dealing with their customers should be an example for all small businesses.

Fix it right plumbing sure did fix it right! We have an old home and needed the taps replaced and extras behind the taps. Adam had never seen a “trombone” fixture let alone replaced one before. He stated “I enjoy a challenge” Friday 12pm he arrived, he worked way past beer oclock finishing around 7pm. He went above and beyond the mile we are very happy with his work we now have a plumber for life! Thank you Adam

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I rang them yesterday afternoon re a running tap and they sent a lovely young man called Jarrad out not long after to look at it. He managed to turn it off hard enough that we could have water to the rest of the house overnight, as I had been turning it on and off at the main as needed to stop wasting so much water. I also asked him about a leaking toilet and a few other issues. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms so I could understand. He told me the cost of each individual job and said he could fix them all in the morning. He arrived on time this morning and completed the required jobs in a timely manner. He was very courteous and obliging. He tidied up after himself. He informed me each time he was turning the water off . He is a true asset to this company . Thankyou Jarrad for all your help. After searching plumber Melbourne we found fix-it right plumbing. James was able to sort out our leaking taps and water hammering caused by high water pressure. His consultation was honest and he was very professional in his work ethics. The pricing is reasonable for the quality. Would recommend this company.
