Ferntree Gully and the suburbs around it sit at the foot of the Dandenongs, leafy, hilly and full of established homes with big gardens. We work right across Ferntree Gully, Boronia, Rowville and Knoxfield, and it's one of our busier patches in the outer east.

What Conrad found
Conrad found a leaking bathtub outlet, a leaking basin waste, an improperly connected and leaking toilet, and incoming water pressure reaching nearly 1000kPa.
What Conrad did
Conrad replaced the old bathtub connections with a new single mixer tap and pipework, reinstalled the toilet securely, resealed the basin waste, and fitted a pressure reduction valve at the meter.
