Hastings and the towns around it sit on the Western Port side of the Mornington Peninsula, a semi-rural, down-to-earth part of the world with a working waterfront, bigger blocks and a real country feel. We work across Hastings, Somerville and Tyabb, and it's a steady patch for us.
Over the last two years we've done more than 150 jobs around Hastings. It's a full spread of blocked drains, hot water, taps and toilets. The area runs from the older town homes through to growing Somerville and the rural-residential blocks around Tyabb, so we see a bit of everything.
On the larger and older blocks, drains and aging pipework come into it more, and tree roots can be a cause out here. In the newer Somerville estates it's more often hot water and taps. Either way, we find what's actually behind a problem rather than just patching it.

I found Thane to be very informative in relaying the problem and the requirements to fix the water leak. Upon completion Thane showed me what he had done and why. He also checked all the internal and external taps and a checklist of some minor leaks within the dwelling. Very happy with his work.

Yes, we work on the larger blocks out here regularly. Bigger properties can have longer drain runs and their own quirks, and we know the area well enough to sort them properly. We use drain cameras to see exactly what's going on before we start.
