Mount Martha is one of the Mornington Peninsula's most sought-after bayside suburbs, a stretch of coast from the Balcombe Estuary to the beach boxes below the cliffs, with established homes on big leafy blocks and a steady run of newer coastal builds. We work right across Mount Martha, and it's a regular patch for us.
Over the last two years we've done more than 70 jobs around Mount Martha. The most common calls are taps, toilets and leak detection, the everyday plumbing of established family homes near the water, with hot water a steady feature too.
Being close to the bay shapes the work. Salt air and coastal conditions are harder on pipework, fittings and hot water systems over time, and the holiday homes along here can develop small problems that go unnoticed between stays. So we keep an eye out for the early signs and sort the cause rather than just the symptom.
