The beach suburbs along the bay, from Mordialloc through Aspendale, Edithvale, Chelsea and Bonbeach, are a relaxed, sought-after stretch of coast close to the city. We work across all of them, and the bayside setting shapes a fair bit of what we do.

Over the last two years we've done more than 90 jobs around Chelsea. It's a steady mix of blocked drains, taps, toilets and hot water. The housing runs from older beach homes and weatherboards through to the new builds replacing them, on low-lying, sandy ground close to the water.
