This stretch of the Mornington Peninsula is two worlds in one, the bayside beach towns of Dromana, Safety Beach and McCrae along the water, and the green wine-country hills of Red Hill just behind. We work across all of it, and the mix keeps the work varied.
Over the last two years we've done more than 40 jobs around Dromana. It's a spread of blocked drains, hot water, taps and toilets. Along the bay it's a mix of holiday homes and permanent residences on sandy coastal ground, while up in the Red Hill hinterland the blocks are bigger and more rural.
The coastal conditions down by the water are harder on plumbing over time, and holiday homes that sit empty can develop problems that go unnoticed. Up in the hills, larger blocks bring their own considerations. Wherever you are, we find the actual cause rather than just patching it.

Yes, plenty of them. The bayside towns have a lot of holiday houses that sit empty between visits, and small problems can go unnoticed until someone's back. We can check a place over, sort anything that's come up, and keep an eye on the plumbing between stays.
Yes. Red Hill and the surrounding hills are part of our Peninsula service area, with their larger, more rural blocks. We know the area and sort the plumbing to suit, whether it's a bayside home or a property up in the hills.
South East Water covers Dromana, Safety Beach, McCrae and Red Hill. If the issue is at the meter or the sewer connection at the street, that's their responsibility, and we'll help you work out what's yours and what's theirs before any work starts.
It can. Salt air and sandy soils down by the bay are harder on pipework and fittings over time, so it's worth staying on top of small issues. We know the coast and sort things to suit.
