Join our team

Real plumbers, doing honest work, properly. If you've stopped growing where you are, or you're being asked to do things you're not proud of, this is for you.

Sound like you?

  • Gone stale where you are?

You're good at the job, but nobody's teaching you anything new. Same jobs, same van, no way up. You've stopped getting better, and you know it.

Here, I train you every week, and there's a real path up.

  • Being asked to do the wrong thing?

Big company, no faces, targets on the wall. You're told to quote more than the job's worth, push work that doesn't need doing, or tell a customer something that isn't true.

Here, you tell the truth and quote what the home actually needs. Always.

Would you like the hard work you do to finally get the attention it deserves?

FOR PLUMBERS

Sick of being pushed to the next job?

Our plumbers will tell you the thing they like most about working here is the thing customers like most: nobody rushes you off a job. We back you to triple test everything before you leave, because that's the only way it stays fixed.

  • A team leader from day one. Your go-to for every question, on the tools and off.
  • The Fix-It Right Service Call™ in your first week. How to run a call start to finish so nothing gets missed.
  • Weekly training, run by Richie. Real jobs, real problems, every week.
  • Triple test before you leave. Always. Nobody will ever tell you to skip it.
  • Nobody pushes you to the next job. The job you're on is the job that matters.

Why we work this way

Richie learned the trade under people who checked. His dad Paul built the family home himself and checked every bit of it. Gary at Urbn sent him in to fix other plumbers' warranty work, and checked over his shoulder. Mick at Cadbury made plumbers rip out work below standard, because food went through those pipes.

Then a customer in Seaford had four plumbers out for four washers. She lost money, then time, then any belief that a plumber could fix anything. Nobody had been checking.

The enemy was never bad plumbers. It's needing to be somewhere else.

Coming this Christmas

Do it right, do it once. That way it's Fixed For Good.

That's not a slogan we print on the vans. It's the standard every job gets measured against, and it's what we'll back you to hold.

We'll back you on this, every time

Attention to detail, in practice

Every call runs the same way, whoever turns up. A whole-home check-over, the price agreed before a tool comes out, and a triple test before you leave. It exists so a customer in Ballarat gets the same job as a customer in Frankston.

It takes longer to do it properly, but not as long as it takes to do it twice.

The role

Service and maintenance plumbing across Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat and Canberra. Blocked drains, hot water, taps and toilets, gas, leak detection, relining. Flat rate pricing, so you're never selling on time.

What you'll need

  • Registration to work as a plumber in your state
  • A driver's licence and the right to work in Australia
  • Experience on the tools since your apprenticeship
  • Keen to learn, and always after a better way

For office staff

Our office team is the first voice a customer hears, and the reason the right plumber turns up at the right house. If you're organised, calm on the phone and you care about getting it right, we'd like to hear from you.

What you get

  • A good starting salary with a generous bonus scheme
  • A fully set-up van and full uniform
  • Training and a path to grow, not just a job
  • A small business that's growing, and a team that backs each other
