The southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula, from Rosebud through Rye and out to Sorrento and Blairgowrie, is some of Victoria's most popular coast, a mix of permanent homes, holiday houses and beach shacks turned into something grander. We work right across it.
Over the last two years we've done more than 110 jobs around Rosebud. It's a steady spread of blocked drains, hot water, taps and toilets. The coastal setting shapes a lot of it: salt air and sandy soils are harder on plumbing over time, and there's a real mix of old beach houses and newer builds.
