Raquel co founded the business with husband Richie back in 2007. She is passionate about ensuring that the business runs smoothly and all of our customers have a positive experience with us
Darcie takes care of our leadership team everyday by supporting and training them. She also takes care of our marketing transforming a traditional trade business into a modern, high-performance brand.
Tamara is the warm and reassuring voice behind Fix It Right Plumbing's customer experience. With a genuine passion for making people feel heard and understood, she approaches every conversation with empathy and care, whether you're dealing with a plumbing emergency or simply trying to book a time that works around your busy day. Her exceptional attention to detail means nothing falls through the cracks, so you can trust that from your very first call, you're in good hands.
Rachael is a bubbly Queenslander who now resides in Melbourne. Rachael is a very proud Aunty of 7 and avid supporter of the QLD state of origin team. Rachael loves to help others and meet new people
Lauren comes with a background in animal health, and is dedicated to providing great customer service. In her spare time, Lauren loves to travel and spend time outdoors with her husband and 2 boys.
Josh is a passionate supporter of Carlton FC and Liverpool FC. A keen golfer and proud dog dad to his Golden Retriever, Bonnie, he combines his love for sport and the outdoors with a strong work ethic. After studying Business and Sports Management, Josh made the switch to plumbing over nine years ago and hasn’t looked back.
Jack has a loving family with two labradors and a baby on the way. Jack has over 10 years experience in the plumbing industry and is always committed to doing the best he can. He loves his footy and keeping fit on the weekends
I am pursuing further studies in plumbing to develop and refine my skills. I enjoy the diversity that comes with plumbing. When I am not at work I like to indulge in outdoor activities such as fishing, motorbike riding and jet skiing. I like also travelling and camping with family and friends
Conrad has a range of knowledge in plumbing specialising in emergency plumbing for homes. Conrad prides himself on assisting his customers to the best of his ability, and always arrives with a smile on his face
Mitch loves playing sports and is an avid Melbourne supporter in the AFL. He loves the challenge of finding and solving people's plumbing problems and making sure our customers are left pleased
Lachie comes from a background in Plumbing home maintenance and loves dealing with customers on a day to day basis. In his spare time he enjoys the great outdoors, and recently spent 6 months in Whistler on a working holiday
Adam has a young family and enjoys photography. He also has a keen interest in cars. Adam is an experienced qualified plumber who has a flair for Leak Detection with a 100% strike rate when finding hidden water leaks
Riley is one of our hardworking plumbers, known for his keen attention to detail. He enjoys helping customers out of sticky situations by providing practical, effective solutions and going the extra mile to exceed expectations. Outside of work, Riley is a passionate Essendon supporter and lifelong drummer who enjoys the freedom of tackling challenging motocross trails.
Ben comes from a background of domestic new home plumbing and moved into maintenance to expand his skill set. He's also currently engaging in further study for plumbing. When not at work he's an avid Brisbane Lions supporter and footy fan. He also spends time with his partner and close friends

Our great surf coast plumbers, based in Breakwater, who take care of our Geelong region from Lara to the Belarine Peninsula to Torquay and Angelsea
Jarryd enjoys keeping fit and going to the gym, watching Essendon and Formula 1. He also has a passion for cooking and photography. Jarryd has over 10 years of plumbing maintenance experience and loves the diversity of plumbing
Brady enjoys maintenance plumbing and the challenges that come with it. No task is too hard! He also enjoys making customers happy with the work that he provides. Outside of plumbing he enjoys camping, motorbike riding and travelling with his wife
Jared comes with many years of plumbing experience in residential and commercial plumbing systems, and is committed to delivering high quality service to every job he undertakes. In his spare time he loves spending time at the gym, playing Footy, and coaching women's cricket

Blaze is deeply passionate about sports, whether he is playing or watching. He has developed a strong love for golf and is dedicated to lowering his handicap through consistent practice. He also enjoys watching the NRL, especially when the Parramatta Eels or the NSW team are playing
Josh is a passionate plumber who genuinely loves the trade and the opportunity it brings to solve real problems for people every day. He takes pride in delivering practical, reliable solutions while keeping things light-hearted with his great sense of humour and love for a laugh.
Outside of work, Josh has a strong passion for motorsport and can often be found around cars or at the track. When he’s not on the tools, he enjoys camping, 4x4 adventures, and making the most of the outdoors whenever he gets the chance.
