The homeowner called us because the back of their toilet under the cistern had been leaking on and off for months.
What Josh found
Josh's inspection revealed the main leak was coming from the inlet valve at the base of the cistern, along with a separate leak from the basin mixer.

Josh serviced the cistern by replacing the inlet valve, flexible hose, and outlet rubber, and also replaced the leaking basin mixer.

Josh's inspection revealed a serious blockage deep at the main line that required a new riser and pipe replacement.

Over three days, Josh's team carefully dug around tree roots and gas lines to replace damaged pipework before backfilling the trenches.
