At Fix It Right Plumbing, we know that many of our customers are feeling the weight of uncertainty around infrastructure reliability and supply chain disruptions. One of our recent customers in Canberra reached out to us with a heartfelt concern about their home’s water security. They had an existing water tank that had been sitting idle, but with everything happening in the world, they wanted to ensure their family was prepared for any potential water supply interruptions.
This customer was genuinely worried about their family’s readiness for emergencies, a feeling we recognize among many in our community. We understood that this project was about more than just plumbing; it was about providing peace of mind for their loved ones.
We are truly proud to have Gerry as part of the Fix It Right Plumbing family. With over a decade of experience in the plumbing industry, Gerry isn’t just a skilled plumber—he’s someone who genuinely cares about the people he serves. He has a unique ability to connect with customers on a personal level, making them feel understood and valued.
When Gerry walks into a home, he doesn’t just see pipes and fittings; he sees families and their stories. He listens intently, ensuring that he understands not just the technical requirements, but also the emotional context behind each project. His warmth and empathy shine through, making every interaction memorable.
During his visit, Gerry took the time to engage with our customer, asking thoughtful questions that revealed their underlying concerns. He learned that the family was anxious about their water supply and wanted to ensure that they could provide for their needs, especially during uncertain times. It was clear that this wasn’t just about connecting a water tank; it was about giving this family the confidence to face the future.
Gerry crafted a custom estimate titled “Doomsday Preppin to Save the Stressin,” a title that reflected the customer’s mindset and added a touch of levity to a serious situation. This personal touch helped the customer feel seen and reassured.
Gerry began by thoroughly assessing your existing water tank and plumbing setup. He wanted to ensure he understood your specific needs and concerns before proceeding.
He made it a priority to communicate openly with you, explaining the process and addressing any questions or worries you had. Gerry wanted you to feel included and informed every step of the way.
After assessing your setup, Gerry shared the importance of not just connecting the water tank but also ensuring the water quality. He recommended a chemical treatment system to make sure the water was safe for drinking, showing that he cared about your family’s health and safety.
Gerry created a custom estimate that included both the connection work and the water treatment recommendation, using the engaging title “Doomsday Preppin to Save the Stressin” to resonate with your concerns and bring a smile to your face.
After you approved the estimate, Gerry proceeded with the installation, carefully connecting your water tank to the home’s plumbing system. He explained each step along the way, ensuring you felt comfortable and confident in the process.
Once the installation was complete, Gerry didn’t just walk away. He took the time to provide you with thorough training on how to operate and maintain the system. He also reassured you that you could reach out anytime with questions, reinforcing our commitment to being there for you long after the job was done.
Through these steps, Gerry not only completed the project but also ensured you felt secure and prepared for whatever the future holds. We believe that plumbing is more than just pipes and valves; it’s about helping families like yours feel safe and confident in their homes. Thank you for trusting Fix It Right Plumbing to support you in this important step toward securing your family’s water supply.
“Corey again did a superb job this time. Not until the old water heater was dismantled that we found a large cavity in the external wall that was left behind in the installation of the old heater as well as the messy piping layout. It’s a tedious and difficult task to have everything fixed but Corey showed his professionalism and expertise during the process. Not only had he completed the installation of a new water heater and properly realigned all the pipes, he also worked hard in coming up with good solution in covering the cavity with a nice-looking cement sheet. It took him a long time to have the whole job completed but he never complained about it. He finished it with excellent workmanship. I have no hesitation to recommend your company to friends and family.”
